This Schedule sets out the fees and charges applicable to Taptap Send’s services. All amounts are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Read this alongside your User Agreement and the relevant Key Facts Statement. Fees may be updated from time to time in accordance with your User Agreement. If there is any discrepancy between this Schedule and the fees displayed in the App at the time of a transaction, the App prevails.
VAT: 5% VAT will be added where required by UAE Federal Law.

* Your bank or card issuer may charge its own fee when you transfer funds to your wallet. Those charges are outside Taptap Send’s control. Check with your bank or card issuer before topping up.
** A fee may be charged by the recipient’s service provider in the destination country and deducted from the transfer amount. Where Taptap Send has this information, it will be displayed in the App before you confirm your transaction.
