Promo Period: September 14, 2026 – November 30, 2026 (“Promo Period”)
Promo Partners: Taptap Send, GoTyme Bank, Cebu Pacific
1. Eligibility
1.1 This promotion (“Promo”) is open to individuals who are existing or new Taptap Send customers sending remittances to the Philippines, where funds are received into a GoTyme Bank account, during the Promo Period.
1.2 Participants must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use Taptap Send’s remittance services in their country of residence.
1.3 Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Taptap Send, GoTyme Bank, and their affiliated companies, agencies, and promotional partners are not eligible to participate.
1.4 Participation is subject to Taptap Send’s standard Terms of Service and GoTyme Bank’s account terms, in addition to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
2. How to Join
2.1 During the Promo Period, send a remittance of at least PHP 5,000 (or the equivalent in the sending currency) to a recipient’s GoTyme Bank account in the Philippines using the Taptap Send app or platform.
2.2 Each qualifying transaction that meets or exceeds the PHP 5,000 minimum, is successfully completed, and is received into a GoTyme Bank account will earn the sender one (1) raffle entry.
2.3 Keep sending, keep earning. There is no limit to the number of raffle entries a participant may earn — every additional qualifying send during the Promo Period earns another raffle entry, unless otherwise stated by Taptap Send.
2.4 Remittances that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, flagged for fraud, or that otherwise fail to complete will not qualify for a raffle entry.
2.5 Confirmation Messages: Every two (2) weeks during the Promo Period, Taptap Send will send participants a confirmation/campaign message identifying which of their transactions have qualified for a raffle entry. Participants are encouraged to review these messages to track their entries; however, Taptap Send’s internal records shall be considered final in the event of any discrepancy.
3. First-Time Customer Bonus (Promo Code: GOTYME)
3.1 Eligible new customers sending their first-ever transfer through the Taptap Send app to a GoTyme Bank recipient in the Philippines can receive an additional bonus credit by applying the promo code GOTYME at the time of transaction. Please see the corresponding minimum amount upon promo code usage on the Taptap Send app as it varies per sending country.
3.2 The bonus amount is country-specific, based on the sender’s pay-in country, and is detailed in full in Appendix A: GOTYME Promo Code Terms & Conditions below.
3.3 This bonus is separate from, and in addition to, the raffle entry earned under Section 2, provided all qualifying conditions in both Section 2 and Appendix A are met.
3.4 The full terms governing the promo code — including qualifying transaction amounts, eligible countries, and restrictions — are set out in Appendix A and form part of these Terms.
4. Raffle Draw and Prize
4.1 Early Draw. To allow sufficient time to bring winners home for the holidays, the raffle draw will be conducted earlier than the end of the Promo Period, on a date to be determined by Taptap Send, such that winners can be announced between December 16–20, 2026.
4.2 Number of Winners. Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible raffle entries accumulated up to the draw date.
4.3 Prize Package. Each winner will receive:
- Round-trip flight home, plus one (1) additional round-trip ticket for a companion of the winner’s choice.
- If the winner’s place of origin does not have a direct Cebu Pacific route, Taptap Send will cover the cost of connecting flights to/from an applicable connecting hub (e.g., Dubai, UAE) to complete the winner’s journey home.
- Cash prize in the amount of Php 20,000 will be added as Taptap Send credits for the user to send back home.
- Homecoming Noche Buena — a Christmas Eve homecoming celebration for the winner and their family, arranged by Taptap Send.
- Family Photoshoot — a professional photoshoot documenting the winner’s reunion with their family.
4.4 Documentation of Reunion. By accepting the prize, winners consent to having their homecoming and family reunion documented (photo, video, and/or written content) by Taptap Send or its representatives, and to the use of this content by Taptap Send for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, in accordance with Taptap Send’s Privacy Policy.
4.5 Winner Notification Process:
- Winners will first be contacted privately by a Taptap Send employee via phone call and email, prior to any public announcement.
- Official public announcement of the winners will subsequently be made on Taptap Send’s social media channels.
- Fraud Warning: Taptap Send will never ask winners for payment, account passwords, PINs, OTPs, or upfront fees to claim a prize. Participants should be cautious of scams, unofficial contacts, or messages impersonating Taptap Send. If you receive a suspicious call, email, or message claiming you’ve won, please verify directly through Taptap Send’s official app, website, or verified social media channels before responding or sharing any personal information.
4.6 Winners may be required to provide valid government-issued identification (including proof of relationship for the companion ticket, where applicable) and complete any verification steps required by Taptap Send and/or GoTyme Bank before a prize is awarded.
4.7 If a winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within 2 days of notification, Taptap Send reserves the right to select an alternate winner, subject to the December 16–20, 2026 announcement window.
4.8 Prizes must be used within 30 days to accommodate the Christmas homecoming timeline. Flight dates, companion identity, and travel arrangements are subject to availability and Taptap Send and GoTyme Bank’s coordination. Should the winner not be available on the said 30 days, the winner may notify the Taptap Send team to adjust the travel ticket voucher, subject to airline’s terms & conditions.
4.9 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash (except the cash prize component itself that will be added as Taptap Send credits), unless otherwise stated. Taptap Send reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize package with one of comparable value at its sole discretion, due to availability, travel restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. General Conditions
5.1 Taptap Send reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promo at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
5.2 Taptap Send reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, abuse of the promo code, or any behavior that violates these Terms or Taptap Send’s standard Terms of Service.
5.3 All transactions remain subject to standard Taptap Send fees (where applicable), foreign exchange rates, and transaction limits in effect at the time of sending, except where explicitly waived by this Promo.
5.4 This Promo is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Winners are responsible for any travel documentation (passports, visas) required for their trip; Taptap Send is not responsible for delays or denials due to a winner’s failure to hold valid travel documents.
5.5 By participating in this Promo, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Promo, including receiving biweekly confirmation messages and winner notification communications, in accordance with Taptap Send’s Privacy Policy.

Appendix A: GOTYME Promo Code Terms & Conditions
1. The promotional code “GOTYME” entitles a new user who sends to a GoTyme Bank recipient to receive an additional bonus credit* on their first transfer made in the Taptap Send app between 00:00 GST on September 14, 2026 and 23:59 on November 30, 2026.

2. The promotional code is available to users located in the UAE, US, UK, Canada, Australia, and select Europe countries listed above, sending money to the Philippines, and is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the Taptap Send app.
3. To qualify for the bonus credit, the user must:
- Fulfill the sign-up requirements of the Taptap Send app;
- Make a first successful transaction for an amount greater than or equal to 100 (in their country’s currency);
- Use the promotional code “GOTYME”;
- Be a new customer to Taptap Send; and
- Ensure the transaction is not canceled or refunded.
4. The bonus credit will be automatically applied after the user’s first transfer, provided it satisfies the qualifying conditions in point 3 above. The promotional code is limited to one use per user account.
5. The promo code cannot be combined with any other bonus codes or offers.
6. The bonus credit cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn from the user’s account.
7. By using the promo code, the user agrees to these terms and conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions related to the use of the Taptap Send app.
8. Taptap Send reserves the right to change the bonus credit amount, suspend, or terminate the promotional code or these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
9. In the event of any suspected promotional code abuse, Taptap Send reserves the right to withhold or, where the bonus credit has already been paid, void any bonus credit.
