PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The prize draw

1.1 Stand a chance of winning £100 (UK) / $100 (US, Canada, Australia) / €100 (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain) by predicting the final score of qualifying Ghana matches in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

1.2 The prize draw covers all Ghana group stage matches in the 2026 FIFA World Cup (minimum 3 matches). If Ghana qualify for the knockout stages, the prize draw will continue to cover each subsequent Ghana match until Ghana are eliminated from the tournament or the Closing Date is reached, whichever is earlier.

2. How to enter

2.1 The prize draw opens at 00:01 on June 17th 2026 (the “Opening Date”). The prize draw will remain open on a rolling basis for each qualifying Ghana match as set out in clause 1.2. Entries for each individual match must be submitted before the kick-off time of that match. The prize draw closes at 23:59 on the date of Ghana’s final match in the 2026 FIFA World Cup (whether in the group stage or knockout rounds) or upon Ghana’s elimination from the tournament, whichever is earlier (the “Closing Date”). Entries submitted after the kick-off time of the relevant match are automatically disqualified for that match.

2.2 Entries for each match must be received by Taptap Send before the kick-off time of that match. Late entries for a given match will not be accepted for that match but do not affect eligibility for subsequent matches.

2.3 To enter the prize draw:

(a) Fill in the form received in the email or shared via social media, providing your prediction of the final score for each qualifying Ghana match.

2.4 By submitting your entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.5 Winners for each match will be drawn as soon as reasonably practicable after the final score of that match is confirmed.

2.6 Entry to this prize draw is free. Entrants must hold a valid Taptap Send account at the time of entry.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The prize draw is only open to customers of Taptap Send, aged 18 years or over, and currently residing in UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Australia, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, who meet all entry requirements set out in Clause 2.3 before the Closing Date.

3.2 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Taptap Send may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

3.3 Taptap Send will not accept prize draw entries that are:

(a) automatically generated by a computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk; or
(c) incomplete.

3.4 There is a limit of one entry per person per qualifying match. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

3.5 This prize draw is not open to employees of Taptap Send or their immediate family members.

3.6 Taptap Send reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

4. The prize

4.1 To qualify for the prize draw, an entrant must correctly predict the final score of a qualifying Ghana match as set out in clause 1.2. All qualifying entrants (i.e. those who correctly predicted the final score) will be entered into a random draw. Up to 5 winners will be randomly selected from the qualifying entries. If fewer than 5 entrants correctly predict the final score, all such qualifying entrants will receive the prize.

4.2 In the event that no entrant correctly predicts the final score of a qualifying match, no prize will be awarded for that match.

4.3 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

4.4 The prize will be credited to the winner’s Taptap Send account in the applicable currency for their country of residence (£100 for UK winners, $100 for US/Canada/Australia winners, €100 for all other eligible country winners). For the avoidance of doubt, TTS credit is not e-money.

5. Winners

5.1 Taptap Send will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Drawing Date.

5.2 If requested to do so by a national advertising regulator, Taptap Send must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Taptap Send will publish the surname and country of major prize winners.

6. Claiming the prize

6.1 All winners will be notified via email within 6 business days of the drawing date. All prizes will be delivered to winners within 15 days of the prize draw.

6.2 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

6.3 Taptap Send will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner.

6.4 Taptap Send does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, Taptap Send, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Taptap Send, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Data protection and publicity

8.1 Taptap Send will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy. See also conditions 5.1 and 5.2 with regard to the announcement of winners.

9. General

9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

9.2 Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

9.3 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
