Please read these terms and conditions carefully before taking part in any promotion. Different promotions have different rules, time periods, and rewards. Section 2 of these terms and conditions sets out the specific details for each promotion in its own clearly marked box. All other sections apply to every promotion.1. The award.
1. Section 1: About these terms and conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions cover more than one promotion. Each promotion listed in Section 2 has its own:
(a) availability period (when you can take part);
(b) qualifying actions (what you need to do); and
(c) award (what you receive).
These details are different for each promotion and are set out in the individual promotion boxes in Section 2. All other sections of these terms and conditions apply equally to all promotions listed.
1.2 The promotions are being run by Taptap Send UK Limited (“Taptap Send”). Taptap Send is authorised by the FCA under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (FRN: 900842) for the issuing of electronic money.
1.3 By completing the ‘qualifying actions’ for any promotion set out in Section 2, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Section 2: The Promotions
2.1 Each box set out in this Section 2 tells you everything you need to know about that specific promotion including:
(a) the ‘availability period’ for that promotion (when you can take part);
(b) the ‘qualifying actions’ that you need to take to be eligible for that promotion (what you need to do); and
(c) the ‘award’ you will receive if you complete the applicable ‘qualifying actions’ within the ‘availability period’ for that promotion (what you receive).
The following promotions are currently available:
3. Section 3: Eligibility
3.1 To enter any promotion, you must:
(a) be aged 18 or over;
(b) be a registered Taptap Send user who lives in the United Kingdom; and
(c) have activated the Wallet feature on your Taptap Send app by following the prompts to create a Taptap Send Wallet (“Wallet”).
3.2 To create a Wallet, you must have completed our ID verification process (upload of selfie and ID) and be using a recent version of the app (version 2.57.0 or later).
(a) If you have completed the ID verification service but do not yet see the option to create a Wallet, please try updating your app to the latest version. If you still do not see the option, please contact our customer service team who would be happy to help you.
(b) If you have yet to complete the ID verification process, please follow the link in the banner within your app to do this. If you do not see a banner, please contact our customer service team and tell them you wish to complete the ID verification process.
3.3 There is a limit of one award per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, neither will entries by users who open multiple Taptap Send accounts.
3.4 Taptap Send reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion.
4. Claiming the award
4.1 The bonus credit for any qualifying transaction will not be loaded to your Wallet, as it is not electronic money. Instead, it will sit within your Taptap Send account for use on your next transaction. Please allow a maximum of 72 working hours for your Taptap Send account to be loaded with your bonus credit after you have completed the qualifying actions for any specific promotion.
4.2 The bonus credit is not refundable, exchangeable for cash or usable as electronic money.
4.3 If a qualifying transaction is subsequently refunded, reversed, or charged back, Taptap Send reserves the right to deduct the corresponding bonus credit from your account.
5. Section 5: Limitation of liability
5.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, Taptap Send, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the award except where it is caused by the negligence of Taptap Send, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6. Section 6: Data protection and publicity
6.1 Taptap Send will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.
7. Section 7: General
7.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion.
7.2 Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion and its terms and conditions at any time where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice.
8. Section 8: User Agreement
8.1 These terms and conditions are supplemental to, and should be read alongside the Taptap Send User Agreement (available in the App and on our website here). In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions and the User Agreement, these terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict in relation to this promotion only.
8.2 All defined terms used but not defined in these terms and conditions have the meanings given in the User Agreement.
8.3 For the avoidance of doubt, the following provisions of the User Agreement apply to this promotion:
(a) Section 12 (Complaints), including the right to refer unresolved complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service;
(b) Section 15 (Electronic Communications);
(c) Section 16 (General), including the provisions on governing law and jurisdiction (England and Wales), third party rights, severability, and entire agreement.
