Referral Contest Terms and Conditions
1. The Contest
1.1 Taptap Send, UK Limited (“Taptap Send”) will run a referral contest (the “Contest”, the “Contest”, also referred to in marketing materials as “How Big Is Your Circle?”) for its customers in the US, UK, EU, Australia, and Canada (subject to the geographical exclusions in Clause 3.2) sending remittances to Nigeria from June 11th to June 30th (the “Period”), whereby existing customers will be encouraged to refer new customers amongst their friends/family during the Period to win Amazon Gift Cards, Apple Airpods pro 2, and other rewards valued within $50 and $250.
1.2 Subject to completing the qualifying actions set out in section 2.3 below (the “Qualifying Actions”) within the Period, existing customers (each a “Referrer”) will participate in the Contest as follows:
(a) Top Referrers - The Referrer who completes the largest number of Qualifying Referrals (as defined under section 2.3 below) during the campaign period will win a pair of Apple AirPods Pro 2 and a $150 Amazon Gift Card. The Referrer with the second largest number of Qualifying Referrals (1 Winner) will receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card. The Referrer with the third largest number of Qualifying Referrals (1 Winner) will receive a $75 Amazon Gift Card. The winning Referrers (the “Top Referrers”) will be contacted directly via email on or before July 11, 2025 (the “Announcement Date”).
(b) Original referral scheme - Taptap Send’s original referral programme (the “Referral Programme”) will remain in operation throughout the Period. As a result, the Referrer and the Referee will both remain eligible to earn the referral bonus as applicable for each successful referral. Please refer to the Taptap Send App to get your referral code and to access the Referral Programme terms and conditions (the “Referral Agreement”) for more details.
(c) Extra referral bonus - Other Referrers, who are not Top Referrers but who complete at least five (5) Qualifying Referrals during the Period, will be eligible to receive an extra bonus as follows:
(i) Referrers who complete a minimum of five (5) Qualifying Referrals within the Period will receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card or equivalent in their local currency (in addition to the standard referral bonuses earned under the Referral Programme).
2. How to enter the Contest
2.1 The Contest will run from 06:00 GMT on June 11th to 23:59 GMT on June 30th (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
2.2 All Qualifying Referrals must be received by Taptap Send by no later than 23:59 GMT on the Closing Date. Any referrals made after this date will not be counted towards the total number of Qualifying Referrals for the purposes of the Contest.
2.3 To enter the Contest, the following Qualifying Actions must be undertaken during the Period:
(a) Successfully refer new customers to Taptap Send, who shall use the Referrer’s personal referral code found within the TTS App (the “Referee”). For the sake of clarity, a Referee is an individual who has not previously registered with the TTS App;
(b) Each Referee must then successfully sign up to Taptap Send;
(c) The Referee enters the referral code given by the Referrer;
(d) The Referee successfully uses the TTS App to transfer money to a person in Nigeria, other than the Referrer, in a manner that is compliant with these terms and conditions, the Referral Agreement and our Taptap Send User Agreement;
(e) The Referee's money transfer transaction is successfully executed and not canceled (either by the Referee or by Taptap Send) between 06:00 GMT on June 11th and 23:59 GMT on June 30th.
The Qualifying Actions are strictly cumulative, i.e., all conditions must be satisfied for the participant’s entry to be valid and to constitute a “Qualifying Referral”. Taptap Send reserves the right to impose and/or change minimum transfer limits at its discretion. These will be displayed in the TTS App to the Referee. Where a minimum transfer limit is in place, only transfers that exceed this limit will be a Qualifying Action.
Taptap Send reserves the right to change the list of Qualifying Actions and associated rewards at its discretion without prior notice. However, Qualifying Actions validly completed before the date of the change will be honored by Taptap Send.
2.4 By submitting a Qualifying Referral, you agree to be enrolled into the Contest and be bound by these terms and conditions and the Referral Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the Referral Agreement, do not share your referral code.

2.6 Top Referrer will be the Referrer with the largest number of Qualifying Referrals made within the Period. In the event of a tie, the Referrer with the highest amount of Qualifying Referrals combined with the highest transfer volume of remittances sent during the Period by its Referees will be considered the winner.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Contest is only open to customers of Taptap Send who are resident in US, UK, EU, Australia, and Canada (subject to the geographical exclusions in Clause 3.2), aged 18 years and above, and who complete Qualifying Referrals. The Referee must not be an existing Taptap Send customer between 06:00 GMT on June 11th and 23:59 GMT on June 30th.
3.2 This Contest is not open to residents in Italy, Greece, Portugal, UAE or the US states of Nebraska, North Dakota and Vermont.
3.3 In entering the Contest, you confirm that you are eligible to participate and eligible to claim the bonus if you win. Taptap Send may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Contest.
3.4 Taptap Send will not accept entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk; or
(c) incomplete.
3.5 Taptap Send reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Contest.
3.6 Only one registration per participant will be accepted. Subsequent registrations or money transfers with Taptap Send by the Referee do not qualify as Qualifying Referrals.
3.7 Money transfers initiated by the Referee after his or her first successful money transfer with Taptap Send, or referrals to a Referee who is a previous customer of the TTS App, do not qualify as Qualifying Referrals.
3.8 Taptap Send reserves the right to void any Qualifying Action or payment of any bonus that: (i) appears to be fraudulent; (ii) appears to have been created as a result of a fraudulent transaction; or (iii) that violates the terms of these no terms and conditions, this Referral Agreement or the Taptap Send User Agreement.
3.9 Taptap Send reserves the right to limit the number of individuals per household eligible for receiving a bonus.
3.10 Any attempt by a participant to abuse this Contest by using multiple/different identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other method we consider abusive, at our discretion, will void and disqualify the participant from receiving the bonus in Taptap Send’s sole discretion.
4. The prizes
4.1 The prizes will be awarded in order of the largest number of referrals:
● 1st Prize (1 Winner) – A pair of Apple AirPods Pro 2 and a $150 Amazon Gift Card
● 2nd Prize (1 Winner) – $100 Amazon Gift Card
3rd Prize (1 Winner) – $75 Amazon Gift Card
4.2 These prizes will be fulfilled via email to the winners in the form of digital gift cards or physical products shipped to the addresses provided by the winners. Taptap Send reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or gift card of similar value if necessary. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash.
5. Winners
5.1 Taptap Send will contact the Top 3 Referrers personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the telephone number or email address provided in their customer account details.
5.2 Referrers who have completed more than five (5) Qualifying Referrals will automatically receive their $50 Amazon Gift Card on or after the Announcement Date via email.
5.3 Prizes may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. They may not be converted into cash.
5.4 Taptap Send will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their bonus within 7 days from the Announcement Date, Taptap Send reserves the right to offer the bonus/prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
5.5 Taptap Send does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize/bonus.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAPTAP SEND BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME OR THE CONTEST, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TAPTAP SEND’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THE THEN-CURRENT UNITED ARAB EMIRATES DIRHAMS VALUE OF THE PARTY’S UNSPENT REWARD.
7. ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME AND USE OF THE TAPTAP SEND SERVICES ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). TAPTAP SEND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME OR THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE REWARDS.
8. Data protection and publicity
8.1 Taptap Send will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. General
9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Contest.
9.2 Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Contest where it becomes necessary to do so at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Referral Programme or this Contest, earnings of bonus, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Contest shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
9.3 If a Participant or Referee attempts to use the Contest or the Referral Programme in breach of this agreement, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the bonus of either party.

1. Der Wettbewerb

2. Wie man am Wettbewerb teilnimmt
2.1 Der Wettbewerb läuft vom 11. Juni um 06:00 GMT bis zum 30. Juni um 23:59 GMT (einschließlich) („Teilnahmeschluss“).
2.2 Alle qualifizierenden Empfehlungen müssen bis spätestens 23:59 GMT am Teilnahmeschluss bei Taptap Send eingehen. Empfehlungen, die nach diesem Zeitpunkt eingehen, werden bei der Gesamtanzahl qualifizierender Empfehlungen für den Wettbewerb nicht berücksichtigt.

3. Teilnahmeberechtigung

3.9 Taptap Send behält sich das Recht vor, die Anzahl der bonusberechtigten Personen pro Haushalt zu begrenzen.
3.10 Jeder Versuch eines/einer Teilnehmenden, den Wettbewerb durch Nutzung mehrerer/verschiedener Identitäten, Registrierungen, Logins oder anderer missbräuchlicher Methoden zu manipulieren, führt nach Ermessen von Taptap Send zur Disqualifikation und Aberkennung des Bonus.
4. Die Preise
4.1 Die Preise werden in der Reihenfolge der meisten Empfehlungen vergeben:

5. Gewinner:innen
5.1 Taptap Send wird die drei Top-Empfehlenden nach Möglichkeit zeitnah nach dem Bekanntgabedatum über die in ihrem Kundenkonto hinterlegte Telefonnummer oder E-Mail-Adresse kontaktieren.
5.2 Empfehlende, die mehr als fünf (5) Qualifizierende Empfehlungen abgeschlossen haben, erhalten ihre Amazon-Geschenkkarte im Wert von $50 automatisch am oder nach dem Bekanntgabedatum per E-Mail.
5.3 Preise können nicht stellvertretend von Dritten beansprucht werden. Eine Auszahlung in bar ist nicht möglich.
5.4 Taptap Send wird alle zumutbaren Anstrengungen unternehmen, um die Gewinner:innen zu kontaktieren. Sollte ein:e Gewinner:in nicht erreichbar sein oder den Bonus nicht innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach dem Bekanntgabedatum beanspruchen, behält sich Taptap Send das Recht vor, den Preis der nächsten berechtigten Person zuzusprechen.
5.5 Taptap Send übernimmt keine Verantwortung, wenn Sie Ihren Preis/Bonus nicht einlösen können.

7. Ausschluss von Garantien

9.2 Taptap Send behält sich das Recht vor, den Wettbewerb jederzeit ohne Vorankündigung für ungültig zu erklären, auszusetzen, zu stornieren oder zu ändern. 1.1 Taptap Send UK Limited (« Taptap Send ») organisera un concours de parrainage (le « Concours », également appelé dans les supports marketing « Quelle est la taille de ton cercle ? ») pour ses clients aux États-Unis, au Royaume-Uni, dans l’Union européenne, en Australie et au Canada (sous réserve des exclusions géographiques prévues à la clause 3.2), envoyant des fonds vers le Nigeria entre le 11 juin et le 30 juin (la « Période »), au cours de laquelle les clients existants seront encouragés à parrainer de nouveaux clients parmi leurs amis/famille pendant la Période pour gagner des cartes cadeaux Amazon, des Apple AirPods Pro 2 et d'autres récompenses d'une valeur comprise entre 50 $ et 250 $.
1.2 Sous réserve de la réalisation des actions qualificatives énoncées à la section 2.3 ci-dessous (les « Actions Qualificatives ») pendant la Période, les clients existants (chacun un « Parrain ») participeront au Concours comme suit :
(a) Top Parrains – Le Parrain ayant complété le plus grand nombre de Parrainages Qualificatifs (tels que définis à la section 2.3 ci-dessous) pendant la Période remportera une paire d’Apple AirPods Pro 2 et une carte cadeau Amazon de 150 $. Le deuxième Parrain ayant le plus grand nombre de Parrainages Qualificatifs (1 gagnant) recevra une carte cadeau Amazon de 100 $. Le troisième Parrain (1 gagnant) recevra une carte cadeau Amazon de 75 $. Les Parrains gagnants (les « Top Parrains ») seront contactés directement par email au plus tard le 11 juillet 2025 (la « Date d’Annonce »).
(b) Programme de parrainage original – Le programme de parrainage original de Taptap Send (le « Programme de Parrainage ») restera en vigueur pendant toute la Période. 2. Comment participer au Concours
2.1 Le Concours se déroulera du 11 juin à 06:00 GMT jusqu’au 30 juin à 23:59 GMT (la « Date de Clôture ») incluse.
2.2 Tous les Parrainages Qualificatifs doivent être reçus par Taptap Send au plus tard à 23:59 GMT à la Date de Clôture. Tout parrainage effectué après cette date ne sera pas pris en compte dans le nombre total de Parrainages Qualificatifs dans le cadre du Concours.
2.3 Pour participer au Concours, les Actions Qualificatives suivantes doivent être réalisées pendant la Période :
(a) Recommander avec succès de nouveaux clients à Taptap Send, lesquels doivent utiliser le code de parrainage personnel du Parrain disponible dans l’application TTS (le « Filleul »). Pour clarification, un Filleul est une personne qui ne s’est jamais enregistrée auparavant sur l’application TTS ;
(b) Chaque Filleul doit ensuite s’inscrire avec succès à Taptap Send ;
(c) Le Filleul doit saisir le code de parrainage fourni par le Parrain ;
(d) Le Filleul doit utiliser avec succès l’application TTS pour transférer de l’argent à une personne au Nigeria, autre que le Parrain, d’une manière conforme aux présentes conditions générales, à l’Accord de Parrainage et à notre Accord Utilisateur Taptap Send ;
(e) La transaction de transfert d’argent du Filleul doit être exécutée avec succès et ne pas être annulée (ni par le Filleul ni par Taptap Send) entre 06:00 GMT le 11 juin et 23:59 GMT le 30 juin.

3. Conditions de participation
3.1 Le Concours est uniquement ouvert aux clients de Taptap Send résidant aux États-Unis, au Royaume-Uni, dans l’Union européenne, en Australie et au Canada (sous réserve des exclusions géographiques prévues à la clause 3.2), âgés de 18 ans ou plus, et ayant complété des Parrainages Qualificatifs. 1. El Concurso

1.1 Taptap Send UK Limited ("Taptap Send") järjestää suosittelukilpailun ("Kilpailu", markkinointimateriaaleissa myös nimellä "Kuinka suuri on piirisi?") asiakkailleen Yhdysvalloissa, Isossa-Britanniassa, Euroopan unionissa, Australiassa ja Kanadassa (poikkeukset kohta 3.2) rahansiirroista Nigeriaan 11.6.–30.6. (”Ajanjakso”). Kilpailussa kannustetaan nykyisiä asiakkaita suosittamaan Taptap Send -palvelua ystävilleen ja perheelleen palkintojen, kuten Amazon-lahjakorttien, Apple AirPods Pro 2 -kuulokkeiden ja muiden 50–250 dollarin arvoisten palkintojen, voittamiseksi.
1.2 Kun alla kohdassa 2.3 kuvatut kelpoisuusehdot (”Kelpoisuustoimet”) täytetään Ajanjakson aikana, nykyiset asiakkaat (”Suosittelija”) osallistuvat Kilpailuun seuraavasti:
(a) Parhaat suosittelijat – Suosittelija, joka tekee eniten kelpoisuusehdot täyttäviä suositteluja (ks. kohta 2.3), voittaa Apple AirPods Pro 2 -kuulokkeet ja 150 dollarin Amazon-lahjakortin. Toiseksi eniten suositteluja tehnyt (1 voittaja) saa 100 dollarin Amazon-lahjakortin. Kolmanneksi sijoittunut (1 voittaja) saa 75 dollarin lahjakortin. Voittajiin (”Parhaat suosittelijat”) otetaan suoraan yhteyttä sähköpostitse viimeistään 11.7.2025 ("Ilmoituspäivä").
(b) Alkuperäinen suositteluohjelma – Taptap Sendin alkuperäinen suositteluohjelma (”Suositteluohjelma”) on voimassa koko Ajanjakson ajan. Sekä Suosittelija että suositeltu asiakas (”Suositeltu”) ovat oikeutettuja saamaan ohjelmaan kuuluvan bonuksen jokaisesta onnistuneesta suosittelusta. Lisätietoa Suositteluohjelman ehdoista löytyy Taptap Send -sovelluksesta (”Suosittelusopimus”).
(c) Lisäbonus suositteluista – Suosittelijat, jotka eivät ole Parhaat suosittelijat mutta suorittavat vähintään viisi (5) kelpoisuusehdot täyttävää suosittelua Ajanjakson aikana, ovat oikeutettuja lisäbonukseen seuraavasti:
(i) Suosittelijat, jotka tekevät vähintään viisi (5) kelpoisuusehtojen mukaista suosittelua, saavat 50 dollarin Amazon-lahjakortin tai vastaavan summan paikallisessa valuutassaan (Suositteluohjelman normaalibonusten lisäksi).
2. Kuinka osallistua Kilpailuun
2.1 Kilpailu järjestetään 11. kesäkuuta klo 06.00 GMT – 30. kesäkuuta klo 23.59 GMT (”Päättymispäivä”) välisenä aikana, mukaan lukien.
2.2 Kaikkien kelpoisuusehdot täyttävien suosittelujen on saavuttava Taptap Sendille viimeistään Päättymispäivänä klo 23.59 GMT. Tämän jälkeen tehtyjä suositteluja ei lasketa Kilpailun kokonaistulokseen.
2.3 Osallistuakseen Kilpailuun tulee Ajanjakson aikana suorittaa seuraavat Kelpoisuustoimet:

(b) Suositellun tulee rekisteröityä onnistuneesti Taptap Sendiin;
(c) Suositellun tulee syöttää Suosittelijan antama suosittelukoodi;
(d) Suositellun tulee suorittaa onnistunut rahansiirto TTS-sovelluksella henkilölle Nigeriassa (ei Suosittelijalle) tavalla, joka täyttää nämä ehdot, Suosittelusopimuksen ja Taptap Sendin Käyttösopimuksen vaatimukset;
(e) Suositellun rahansiirron tulee olla onnistunut ja sitä ei saa peruuttaa (ei Suositellun eikä Taptap Sendin toimesta) aikavälillä 11.6. klo 06.00 GMT – 30.6. klo 23.59 GMT.
Kelpoisuustoimet ovat kumulatiivisia eli kaikkien ehtojen tulee täyttyä, jotta osallistuminen on pätevä ja se lasketaan "Kelpoisuusehdot täyttäväksi suositteluksi". Taptap Send pidättää oikeuden määrittää ja/tai muuttaa siirron vähimmäismäärää. Tämä näkyy TTS-sovelluksessa Suositellulle. Vain vähimmäismäärän ylittävät siirrot hyväksytään Kelpoisuustoimeksi.
Taptap Send pidättää oikeuden muuttaa Kelpoisuustoimia ja niihin liittyviä palkintoja ilman ennakkoilmoitusta. Ennen muutospäivämäärää suoritetut pätevät Kelpoisuustoimet hyväksytään normaalisti.
2.4 Lähettämällä Kelpoisuusehdot täyttävän suosittelun hyväksyt osallistumisesi Kilpailuun ja sitoudut näihin ehtoihin sekä Suosittelusopimukseen. Jos et halua sitoutua näihin ehtoihin, älä jaa suosittelukoodiasi.

2.6 Paras Suosittelija on se, joka tekee suurimman määrän Kelpoisuusehdot täyttäviä suositteluja Ajanjakson aikana. Tasatilanteessa voittaja on se, jonka suosittelut johtavat suurimpaan rahansiirtomäärään Suositeltujen toimesta Ajanjaksolla.
3. Osallistumisoikeus
3.1 Kilpailu on avoin vain Taptap Sendin asiakkaille, jotka asuvat Yhdysvalloissa, Isossa-Britanniassa, EU:ssa, Australiassa tai Kanadassa (kohta 3.2 rajoituksin), ovat vähintään 18-vuotiaita ja suorittavat Kelpoisuusehdot täyttäviä suositteluja. Suositellun ei saa olla Taptap Sendin nykyinen asiakas välillä 11.6. klo 06.00 GMT – 30.6. klo 23.59 GMT.
3.2 Kilpailu ei ole avoin Italian, Kreikan, Portugalin, Yhdistyneiden arabiemiirikuntien eikä Yhdysvaltojen Nebraskan, Pohjois-Dakotan ja Vermontin osavaltioiden asukkaille.
3.3 Osallistumalla Kilpailuun vahvistat, että olet osallistumiseen ja mahdolliseen bonukseen oikeutettu. Taptap Send voi vaatia todisteen osallistumiskelpoisuudestasi.
3.4 Taptap Send ei hyväksy osallistumisia, jotka ovat:
(a) tietokoneella automaattisesti luotuja;
(b) kolmannen osapuolen tai joukkona tehtyjä; tai
(c) puutteellisia.
3.5 Taptap Send pidättää oikeuden sulkea osallistujan pois Kilpailusta, jos hänen toimintansa on Kilpailun hengen tai tarkoituksen vastaista.

3.8 Taptap Send pidättää oikeuden mitätöidä Kelpoisuustoimen tai bonuksen, jos:
(i) se vaikuttaa vilpilliseltä; (ii) se on syntynyt vilpillisen siirron seurauksena; tai (iii) se rikkoo näitä ehtoja, Suosittelusopimusta tai Käyttösopimusta.
3.9 Taptap Send pidättää oikeuden rajoittaa bonuskelpoisten henkilöiden määrää per talous.
3.10 Jos osallistuja käyttää useita eri henkilöllisyyksiä, kirjautumistietoja tai muita menetelmiä Kilpailun väärinkäyttöön, Taptap Send voi yksipuolisesti mitätöidä osallistumisen ja evätä bonuksen.
4. Palkinnot
4.1 Palkinnot jaetaan suosittelujen määrän perusteella seuraavasti:

● 2. palkinto (1 voittaja) – Amazon-lahjakortti 100 $
● 3. palkinto (1 voittaja) – Amazon-lahjakortti 75 $
4.2 Palkinnot toimitetaan voittajille sähköpostitse digitaalisina lahjakortteina tai fyysisinä tuotteina toimitettuna annettuun osoitteeseen. Taptap Send pidättää oikeuden korvata palkinto vastaavalla tuotteella tai lahjakortilla. Palkintoja ei voi vaihtaa rahaksi.
5. Voittajat
5.1 Taptap Send ottaa yhteyttä kolmeen Parhaaseen Suosittelijaan henkilökohtaisesti mahdollisimman pian Ilmoituspäivän jälkeen, käyttäen asiakastilillä annettua puhelinnumeroa tai sähköpostiosoitetta.
5.2 Suosittelijat, jotka ovat tehneet yli viisi (5) Kelpoisuusehdot täyttävää suosittelua, saavat 50 $ Amazon-lahjakortin automaattisesti Ilmoituspäivänä tai sen jälkeen sähköpostitse.
5.3 Palkintoa ei voi vaatia kolmas osapuoli osallistujan puolesta. Palkintoa ei voi vaihtaa rahaksi.
5.4 Taptap Send tekee kohtuulliset yritykset tavoittaa voittajat. Jos voittajaa ei tavoiteta, hän ei ole käytettävissä tai ei lunasta palkintoa seitsemän (7) päivän kuluessa Ilmoituspäivästä, Taptap Send voi myöntää palkinnon seuraavalle kelpoiselle osallistujalle.

7. Takuuvapaus
TAPTAP SEND EI ANNA MITÄÄN NIMENOMAISIA TAI OLETETTUJA TAKUITA SUOSITTELUOHJELMASTA TAI SEN KAUTTA SAATAVISTA TULOKSISTA, MUKAAN LUKIEN RAJOITUKSETTA TAKUUT MYYNTIKELPOISUUDESTA, SOPIVUUDESTA TIETTYYN TARKOITUKSEEN TAI IMMATERIAALIOIKEUKSIEN LOUKKAAMATTOMUUDESTA. TAPTAP SEND EI TAKAA PALKINTOJEN TOIMITUSAIKAA EIKÄ OHJELMAN TULOSTA.
8. Tietosuoja ja julkisuus

9. Yleiset ehdot
9.1 Jos on syytä epäillä näiden ehtojen rikkomista, Taptap Send voi oman harkintansa mukaan sulkea sinut pois Kilpailusta.

1. Súťaž
1.1 Spoločnosť Taptap Send UK Limited („Taptap Send“) bude organizovať súťaž odporúčaní (ďalej len „Súťaž“, tiež označovanú v marketingových materiáloch ako „Aký veľký je tvoj okruh?“) pre svojich zákazníkov v USA, Spojenom kráľovstve, Európskej únii, Austrálii a Kanade (s výhradou územných výnimiek uvedených v článku 3.2), ktorí odosielajú peniaze do Nigérie v období od 11. júna do 30. júna (ďalej len „Obdobie“), pričom existujúci zákazníci budú vyzývaní, aby odporučili nových zákazníkov zo svojho okruhu priateľov alebo rodiny, a získali tak darčekové karty Amazon, Apple AirPods Pro 2 a ďalšie odmeny v hodnote od 50 do 250 USD.
1.2 Za predpokladu splnenia kvalifikačných krokov uvedených v bode 2.3 nižšie („Kvalifikačné kroky“) počas Obdobia sa existujúci zákazníci (každý ako „Odporúčajúci“) zúčastnia Súťaže nasledovne:
(a) Najlepší odporúčajúci – Odporúčajúci, ktorý počas kampane vykoná najväčší počet Kvalifikovaných odporúčaní (ako je definované v bode 2.3), získa Apple AirPods Pro 2 a darčekovú kartu Amazon v hodnote 150 USD. Výhercovia (ďalej len „Najlepší odporúčajúci“) budú kontaktovaní emailom najneskôr 11. júla 2025 („Dátum oznámenia“).
(b) Pôvodný odporúčací program – Pôvodný odporúčací program Taptap Send (ďalej len „Odporúčací program“) bude počas celého Obdobia aktívny. Odporúčajúci aj Odporúčaný (nový zákazník) budú mať nárok na odporúčací bonus za každé úspešné odporúčanie. Viac informácií a podmienky nájdete v aplikácii Taptap Send („Dohoda o odporúčaní“).
(c) Extra odporúčací bonus – Ďalší Odporúčajúci, ktorí nepatria medzi Najlepších odporúčajúcich, ale ktorí počas Obdobia dokončia aspoň päť (5) Kvalifikovaných odporúčaní, budú mať nárok na bonus podľa nasledovného:
(i) Odporúčajúci, ktorí počas Obdobia dokončia minimálne päť (5) Kvalifikovaných odporúčaní, získajú darčekovú kartu Amazon v hodnote 50 USD alebo ekvivalent vo svojej miestnej mene (okrem štandardných odporúčacích bonusov získaných podľa Odporúčacieho programu).
2. Ako sa zúčastniť Súťaže
2.1 Súťaž prebieha od 11. júna 06:00 GMT do 30. júna 23:59 GMT (vrátane) (ďalej len „Dátum uzávierky“).
2.2 Všetky Kvalifikované odporúčania musia byť doručené spoločnosti Taptap Send najneskôr do 23:59 GMT v Dátume uzávierky. Odporúčania po tomto dátume sa do celkového počtu nezapočítavajú.
2.3 Na účasť v Súťaži musia byť počas Obdobia splnené nasledujúce Kvalifikačné kroky:
(a) Úspešne odporučiť nových zákazníkov spoločnosti Taptap Send, ktorí použijú osobný odporúčací kód Odporúčajúceho z aplikácie TTS (ďalej len „Odporúčaný“). Odporúčaný je osoba, ktorá sa ešte nikdy nezaregistrovala v aplikácii TTS;
(b) Odporúčaný sa musí úspešne zaregistrovať do služby Taptap Send;
(c) Odporúčaný zadá odporúčací kód, ktorý mu poskytol Odporúčajúci;
(d) Odporúčaný uskutoční prostredníctvom aplikácie TTS prevod peňazí osobe v Nigérii (nie Odporúčajúcemu) v súlade s týmito podmienkami, Dohodou o odporúčaní a Užívateľskou zmluvou spoločnosti Taptap Send;
(e) Transakcia prevodu peňazí Odporúčaného musí byť úspešne dokončená a nesmie byť zrušená (ani Odporúčaným, ani spoločnosťou Taptap Send) medzi 11. júnom 06:00 GMT a 30. júnom 23:59 GMT.
Kvalifikačné kroky sú kumulatívne – t. j. všetky podmienky musia byť splnené, aby sa účasť považovala za platnú a za „Kvalifikované odporúčanie“. Spoločnosť Taptap Send si vyhradzuje právo stanoviť alebo zmeniť minimálne sumy prevodu podľa vlastného uváženia. Tieto limity budú zobrazené v aplikácii TTS pre Odporúčaného. Iba prevody nad touto hranicou sa budú považovať za Kvalifikačné kroky.
Spoločnosť Taptap Send si vyhradzuje právo zmeniť zoznam Kvalifikačných krokov a pridružených odmien bez predchádzajúceho upozornenia. Kvalifikačné kroky, ktoré boli platne dokončené pred zmenou, budú uznané.
2.4 Odoslaním Kvalifikovaného odporúčania súhlasíte s účasťou v Súťaži a s týmito podmienkami a Dohodou o odporúčaní. Ak s nimi nesúhlasíte, nezdieľajte svoj odporúčací kód.
2.5 Pomoc pri účasti nájdete na stránke „kontaktujte nás“ tu.
2.6 Najlepší Odporúčajúci bude osoba, ktorá vykoná najväčší počet Kvalifikovaných odporúčaní počas Obdobia. V prípade rovnosti rozhodne vyšší objem prevodov vykonaných Odporúčanými počas Obdobia.
3. Spôsobilosť
3.1 Súťaž je otvorená len pre zákazníkov spoločnosti Taptap Send s trvalým pobytom v USA, Spojenom kráľovstve, EÚ, Austrálii a Kanade (s výhradou územných výnimiek podľa bodu 3.2), ktorí sú starší ako 18 rokov a ktorí vykonajú Kvalifikované odporúčania. Odporúčaný nesmie byť existujúcim zákazníkom Taptap Send v období od 11. júna 06:00 GMT do 30. júna 23:59 GMT.
3.2 Súťaž nie je otvorená obyvateľom Talianska, Grécka, Portugalska, SAE alebo štátov Nebraska, Severná Dakota a Vermont (USA).
3.3 Účasťou v Súťaži potvrdzujete, že máte nárok sa zúčastniť a získať bonus, ak vyhráte. Spoločnosť Taptap Send vás môže požiadať o doklad potvrdzujúci oprávnenosť.
3.4 Spoločnosť Taptap Send nebude akceptovať prihlášky, ktoré sú:
(a) automaticky generované počítačom;
(b) vyplnené treťou stranou alebo hromadne; alebo
(c) neúplné.
3.5 Spoločnosť Taptap Send si vyhradzuje právo vás diskvalifikovať, ak je vaše správanie v rozpore s duchom alebo účelom Súťaže.
3.6 Každý účastník sa môže zaregistrovať len raz. Ďalšie registrácie alebo prevody od rovnakého Odporúčaného sa nebudú považovať za Kvalifikované odporúčania.
3.7 Prevody uskutočnené Odporúčaným po jeho prvom úspešnom prevode alebo odporúčania pre bývalých zákazníkov TTS nebudú uznané ako Kvalifikované odporúčania.
3.8 Spoločnosť Taptap Send si vyhradzuje právo zneplatniť akúkoľvek Kvalifikovanú akciu alebo vyplatenie bonusu, ak:
(i) sa javí ako podvodná; (ii) vznikla ako výsledok podvodnej transakcie; alebo (iii) porušuje tieto podmienky, Dohodu o odporúčaní alebo Užívateľskú zmluvu.
3.9 Spoločnosť Taptap Send si vyhradzuje právo obmedziť počet osôb v domácnosti, ktoré majú nárok na bonus.
3.10 Každý pokus účastníka zneužiť túto Súťaž pomocou viacerých/rozdielnych identít, registrácií, prihlásení a/alebo inej formy zneužitia podľa nášho uváženia bude dôvodom na diskvalifikáciu účastníka a zrušenie bonusu.
4. Ceny
4.1 Ceny budú udelené v poradí podľa najvyššieho počtu odporúčaní:
● 1. cena (1 výherca) – Apple AirPods Pro 2 a darčeková karta Amazon v hodnote 150 USD
● 2. cena (1 výherca) – Darčeková karta Amazon v hodnote 100 USD

4.2 Ceny budú doručené emailom výhercom buď ako digitálne darčekové karty alebo ako fyzické produkty doručené na adresy poskytnuté výhercami. Spoločnosť Taptap Send si vyhradzuje právo nahradiť cenu produktom alebo kartou rovnakej hodnoty. Ceny nie je možné vymeniť za hotovosť.
5. Výhercovia
5.1 Spoločnosť Taptap Send kontaktuje 3 Najlepších odporúčajúcich osobne čo najskôr po Dátume oznámenia, pomocou telefónneho čísla alebo e-mailu uvedeného v ich zákazníckom účte.
5.2 Odporúčajúci, ktorí vykonajú viac ako päť (5) Kvalifikovaných odporúčaní, dostanú svoj 50 USD Amazon darčekový poukaz automaticky e-mailom v deň alebo po Dátume oznámenia.
5.3 Ceny nie je možné prevziať v mene inej osoby. Ceny nie je možné premeniť na hotovosť.
5.4 Spoločnosť Taptap Send vynaloží primerané úsilie na kontaktovanie výhercov. Ak výhercu nemožno kontaktovať, nie je k dispozícii alebo si cenu nevyzdvihne do 7 dní od Dátumu oznámenia, Taptap Send si vyhradzuje právo ponúknuť cenu ďalšiemu oprávnenému účastníkovi.
5.5 Spoločnosť Taptap Send nenesie zodpovednosť, ak nemôžete cenu/bonus prijať alebo využiť.
6. Obmedzenie zodpovednosti
V MAXIMÁLNOM ROZSAHU POVOLENOM ZÁKONOM PLATIACIM V PRÍSLUŠNÝCH JURISDIKCIÁCH SPOLOČNOSŤ TAPTAP SEND NENESIE ZODPOVEDNOSŤ VOČI VÁM ANI TRETEJ STRANE ZA ŽIADNE ŠKODY VYPLÝVAJÚCE Z VAŠEJ ÚČASTI V PROGRAME ODPORÚČANIA ALEBO V SÚŤAŽI, VRÁTANE, ALE NIE VÝHRADNE, ŠKÔD NEPRIAMYCH, NÁHODNÝCH, REPRESEÍVNYCH ALEBO NÁSLEDNÝCH, A TO ANI V PRÍPADE, ŽE SME BOLI NA TAKÉTO ŠKODY UPOZORNENÍ. MAXIMÁLNA ZODPOVEDNOSŤ SPOLOČNOSTI TAPTAP SEND SA OBMEDZUJE NA HODNOTU NEVYUŽITÉHO BONUSU V AED (DIRHAMOCH SAE).
7. Zrieknutie sa záruk
TAPTAP SEND VÝSLOVNE ODMIETA VŠETKY VÝSLOVNÉ AJ PREDPOKLADANÉ ZÁRUKY TÝKAJÚCE SA PROGRAMU ODPORÚČANIA A POUŽÍVANIA SLUŽIEB TAPTAP SEND (VRÁTANE, ALE NIE VÝHRADNE, ZÁRUK OBCHODOVATEĽNOSTI, NEPORUŠENIA PRÁV DUŠEVNÉHO VLASTNÍCTVA A VHODNOSTI NA URČITÝ ÚČEL). 9. Všeobecné ustanovenia
9.1 Ak existuje dôvodné podozrenie na porušenie týchto podmienok, Taptap Send si vyhradzuje právo vylúčiť vás z účasti v Súťaži.
9.2 Spoločnosť Taptap Send si vyhradzuje právo Súťaž kedykoľvek bez predchádzajúceho upozornenia zrušiť, pozastaviť, ukončiť alebo upraviť. Všetky otázky alebo spory týkajúce sa oprávnenosti, bonusov alebo súladu s podmienkami tejto Súťaže budú vyriešené podľa nášho primeraného uváženia.
9.3 Ak sa Účastník alebo Odporúčaný pokúsi zneužiť Súťaž alebo Program odporúčania v rozpore s touto zmluvou, Užívateľskou zmluvou alebo platnými právnymi predpismi, máme právo pozastaviť alebo ukončiť účet alebo zneplatniť bonus jednej alebo obom stranám.
