1. The Competition

a. This is a competition for a chance to win one of the following prizes:

i. First prize: 1 Winner – 2 Flight tickets to Ghana (Voucher valued up to $3,000).
ii. Second prize: 1 Winner – iPhone 17 Pro (valued at $1,300).
iii. Third prize: 2 Winners – $/€/£70.00 Amazon voucher
iv. Fourth prize: 4 Winners – $/€/£50.00 bonus credits for their next transaction on the TTS app.

2. How to Enter

a. The giveaway runs from 13 July  2026 to 31 August  2026. To participate, you must:

i. Follow Taptap Send Ghana (@taptapsend_ghana) on Instagram.
ii. Share the giveaway post on your Stories and tag @taptapsend_ghana
iii. Use your in-app referral code and share it with friends and family abroad to also download and use the Taptap Send app. The usual Taptap Send Referral Programme Terms and Conditions, available at taptapsend.com/en/referrals-terms/referral-v4/referrals-en4, apply to these referrals.

3. The winners

4. Eligibility

Each prize will be awarded to the eligible participants with the highest number of qualifying referrals within the referral threshold applicable to that prize, as set out in the Schedule below. By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.

a. The competition is open to new and retained senders of Taptap Send who send money to Ghana, sharing their in-app referral code with their friends and family during the competition period. This giveaway is open to individuals who:

i. Are aged 18 years or older.
ii. Are residents of the EU (except Greece, Spain, Portugal and Italy), Canada, Australia, the UK, or the US (except for Nebraska, North Dakota, and Vermont).
iii. Successfully complete the participation steps outlined above before the deadline and the referee makes the first successful transaction;

b. Taptap Send reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are computer-generated or fraudulent, incomplete or do not meet the eligibility criteria, or are in violation of the spirit or intention of the prize draw, as determined by it in its sole and absolute discretion. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

c. Winners will be selected based on the number of qualifying referrals made during the competition period. The top participants with the highest number of referrals will be drawn as the winners.

d. Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone using the details linked to their Taptap Send account. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the timeframe, Taptap Send reserves the right to select another winner.

e. Winners may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before receiving their prize. Prizes will be sent electronically (where applicable) or made available for pickup at a designated location. If a winner cannot claim their prize, no alternative will be offered.

f. There is no cash alternative for the prizes. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

g. Taptap Send will only process your personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy.

h. Insofar as is permitted by law, Taptap Send, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.

i. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

j. Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
