GHANA REFERRAL PROMOTION T&Cs

Terms and conditions

1. To qualify for the promotional double referral bonus, a user must be located in any of our pay-in countries (excluding the UAE) and make at least five qualifying referrals between 00:00 GMT on 23/10/25 and 23:59 GMT on 31/10/25. The referee must be a new customer to Taptap Send.

2. A referral is completed and taken into account when:

• i) The referee makes the first successful transaction;
• ii) To Ghana;
• iii) For an amount greater than or equal to €25/£25/$50/C$50/AU$50;
• iv) Within the promotional period;
• v) Using the referrer’s promo code; and
• vi) The referee's transaction is not cancelled or refunded.

3. The double referral bonuses will be credited as Taptap Send credit. This is not electronic money and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or withdrawn from a user’s account. Bonuses must be used on a user’s next Taptap Send transaction.

4. The Taptap Send bonus from the original referral bonus scheme of £5/€15/$20/AUD$20/C$25 for referrers will automatically be credited to the respective user accounts on successful completion of a referral.

5. If a user qualifies for the promotional bonus credit by making at least five qualifying referrals during the promotional period, the additional bonus credit of $/€/£/C$/AU$100 for the successful referrals will be applied to their Taptap Send account on the 4th of November 2025 after they have qualified for the additional bonus credit.

6. In the event of any suspected promo code abuse, Taptap Send reserves the right to withhold or, where the credit has already been paid, void any referral bonus credit from both the referrer and the referee.
