1. The prize draw
1.1 Send £100 and stand a chance of winning a £200 grocery voucher.

2. How to enter
2.1 The prize draw will run from 00:01 on August 21th 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 on August 28th 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

2.2 All prize draw entries must be received by Taptap Send by no later than August 28th  2025 on the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

2.3 To enter the prize draw:
(a) Use Taptap Send  to send at least £100 from the United Kingdom to Ghana before the Closing Date.

2.4 By claiming a prize, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.5 The winners will receive an email on Friday 29th, August  2025, which will include a link to a Google Form through which each winner will be required to indicate their preferred grocery store from the list of available options and to provide the information necessary for the issuance and delivery of the prize.

3. Eligibility
3.1 The prize draw is only open to customers of Taptap Send, aged 18 years or over, and currently residing in the United Kingdom, who meet all entry requirements set out in Clause 2.3 before the Closing Date.

3.2 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Taptap Send may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

3.3 Taptap Send will not accept prize draw entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by a computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk; or
(c) incomplete.

3.4 There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

3.5 Taptap Send reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

4. The prize
4.1 Ten (10) winners will be randomly drawn to win a £200 grocery voucher each on Friday 29th, August  2025.

4.2 Each winner will have the opportunity to choose the grocery store from which they would like to receive their £200 grocery voucher from a list of available options. The available grocery stores will be communicated to the winner at the time of notification via the Google Form.

4.3 Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize

4.4 The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

4.5 In order to claim the prize, you must respond to the Google Form provided in the notification email with all required information within 14 days of notification. 



Winners
4.6 Taptap Send will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the email address provided with the prize draw entry.

4.7 If requested to do so by a national advertising regulator, Taptap Send must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Taptap Send will publish the surname and county of major prize winners.

5. Claiming the prize
5.1 All winners will be notified via email within 14 business days of the drawing date. All prizes will be delivered to winners within 30 days of the prize draw.

5.2 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

5.3 Taptap Send will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 10 days of the Announcement Date, Taptap Send reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

5.4 Taptap Send does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

6. Limitation of liability
6.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, Taptap Send, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Taptap Send, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Data protection and publicity
7.1 Taptap Send will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy. See also conditions 5.1 and 5.2 with regard to the announcement of winners.

8. General
8.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

8.2 Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
