1. The Prize draw Dates
1.1 The weekly prize draws will take place every Thursday (one per week), between October 1st to December 28th, on the following dates:

1.2 The grand prize draw will take place on December 28th 2023 together with the weekly ome.

2. How to enter:
2.1 The prize draw will run from OCTOBER 1ST, 2023 8 PM GMT to DECEMBER 28TH 2023 8 PM GMT inclusive.

2.2 All transfers must be made to Ghana to qualify you for entry into the draw.
‍
2.3 To qualify for the weekly draw, senders must have sent at least £$€ 300  to Ghana the prior week (Thursday-Wednesday).  However, for the grand draw senders must send a total minimum of £$€ 2500  to Ghana between OCTOBER 1st 2023 to DECEMBER 28 2023.

2.4 By making a transfer(s) above the minimum qualifying amount(s) between the prize draw entry dates, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.6 The winners will be picked at random using an online random number generator.

3. Eligibility
3.1 The prize draw is only open to customers of Taptap Send in countries in which Taptap Send offers a money sending service. All funds must be sent to Ghana to qualify.

3.2 Customers must be aged 18 years or over at the date of completion of the qualifying transfer(s).

3.3 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you meet the above eligibility requirements. Taptap Send may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

3.4 Each person who meets the entry and eligibility requirements will receive one entry into the applicable prize draw. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

3.5 Taptap Send reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

4. The prize
4.1 The prizes available to be won are as follows:

4.2 The gift cards will be equally divided between the weekly prize draws, meaning there will be 5 to be won each week.
‍
4.3 For the grand draw, one  winner will be drawn for each prize; prizes are not chosen by the winners and each winner will receive one prize.

4.4 Prizes are subject to availability. Taptap Send reserves the right to substitute the prize with a cash alternative.
‍
4.5 Taptap Send reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Taptap Send's control make it necessary to do so.

4.6 The prize awarded is not negotiable or transferable.

5. Winners
5.1 Taptap Send will contact winners personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the telephone number or email address registered to their Taptap Send account.
‍
5.2 If requested to do so by a national advertising regulator, Taptap Send must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Taptap Send will publish the surname and country of prize winners.

6. Claiming the prize
6.1 Taptap Send will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 15 days of Taptap Send notifying them of their win, Taptap Send reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

6.2 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

6.3 Taptap Send does not accept any responsibility if you cannot take up the prize.

7. Limitation of liability
7.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, Taptap Send, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Taptap Send, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Data protection and publicity
8.1 Taptap Send will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy. See also conditions 5.1 and 5.2 about the announcement of winners.

9. General
9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

9.2 Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
