1. The prize draw
1.1 This is a prize draw for a chance to win two concert tickets to the Mia Guisse and Amadeus concert in New York on April 19, 2025.

2. How to enter
2.1 The prize draw will run from February 22, 2025, to April 13, 2025.

2.2 To enter the prize draw:
    (a) Participants must use the influencer's unique promo code to sign up via Taptap Send for the first time on the day of the influencer’s TikTok live session.
    (b) At the end of each live session, two winners will be randomly selected from the list of eligible promocode users on that day.
    (c) By submitting a prize draw entry, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    (d) The winner(s) will be picked at random at the end of each TikTok Live session.

3. Eligibility
3.1 The prize draw is only open to signups of Taptap Send who want to send money to Senegal or Gambia using the specified influencer’s promocode during the live session.

3.2 To enter the prize draw, you must:
    (a) Be 18 years or older.
    (b) Be a legal resident of the United States.
    (c) Successfully sign up on the app using the influencer’s promo code before the closing date and time

3.3 Taptap Send reserves the right to disqualify any entries that:
    (a) Are automatically generated by computer.
    (b) Are incomplete or do not meet the eligibility criteria.
    (c) Are in violation of the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

3.4 There is a limit of one entry per person per live session. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

4. The prize
4.1 Two concert tickets to the Mia Guisse and Amadeus concert in New York on April 19, 2025, will be awarded per TikTok Live session.

4.2 There is no cash alternative for the prize.

4.3 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold.

4.4 Winners must be available to attend the concert in New York on the specified date. Travel and accommodation are not included.

5. Winners
5.1 Taptap Send will contact the winners via email or phone after each TikTok Live session using the details associated with their Taptap Send account.

5.2 If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, Taptap Send reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible participant.

5.3 Winners may be required to confirm their eligibility and provide identification to claim their prize.

6. Claiming the prize
6.1 Winners must claim their prize within 48 hours of being notified.
‍
6.2 Concert tickets will be sent electronically via email or made available for pickup at a designated location.

6.3 If a winner cannot claim the prize or attend the event, no alternative prize will be offered.

7. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, Taptap Send, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Taptap Send, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Data protection and publicity
8.1 Taptap Send will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy. See also conditions 5.1 and 5.2 with regard to the announcement of winners.

9. General
9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

9.2 Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
