1. The Contest‍

Taptap Send UK Limited (“Taptap Send”) will run a community video contest (the “Contest”) from May 9, 2025 to May 26, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST (the “Period”), open to eligible participants in any of the Authorised Territories under Clause 4. The purpose of the Contest is to celebrate Mother's Day by encouraging participants to post inspiring 60-second video tributes to their mothers on Instagram, showcasing their stories, resilience, and personal impact.
Participants (each an “Entrant”) are invited to enter the Contest by completing the Qualifying Actions defined in section 2.3 below during the Period. The Contest will reward three Entrants with the most shared videos, as further outlined in section 3.
The winners (the “Top Entries”) will be announced on May 26, 2025 at 6:00 PM EST (the “Announcement Date”).

2. How to enter the Contest

2.1 Campaign Period

The Contest will run from 00:00 EST on May 9, 2025 to 10:00 AM EST on May 26, 2025 (the “Closing Date”).

2.2 Entry Deadline

All Qualifying Entries must be posted and visible on Instagram by 10:00 AM EST on the Closing Date. Any content posted after this time will not be counted toward the Contest.

2.3 Qualifying Actions

To constitute a “Qualifying Entry,” an Entrant must, during the Period:

• Record and post a video of no more than 60 seconds on Instagram Reels.
  
• Include a tribute to their mother, such as a story of her accomplishments, a challenge she has overcome, or a personal message.
  
• Tag @taptapsendhaiti in the video post.
  
• Include the hashtag #ManmanPamNan.
  
• Add or embed the official Taptap Send flyer or image in the post (either within the video or as a second slide in a carousel post).
  
• Set the Instagram Reel to public visibility‍
• Ensure the video is designed to be widely shared — videos with the highest share counts will win the prizes.

Only entries that meet all criteria above will qualify for the Contest. Taptap Send reserves the right to verify submissions and disqualify any incomplete or invalid entries.

3. The Prizes

Subject to eligibility and successful verification, Taptap Send will award prizes to the three Qualifying Entries with the highest number of shares as follows:

Additionally, all three winning videos will be reshared on Taptap Send Haiti’s official digital platforms, providing added community exposure.

Prizes will be sent digitally or via an agreed-upon method following confirmation of the winner’s identity and eligibility. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

4. Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Have a valid, public Instagram account.

• Are residents in any of the territories where Taptap Send operates, excluding Greece, Italy, Portugal, the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Germany, Spain, Finland, Slovakia and the US states of Nebraska, North Dakota and Vermont (the “Authorised Territories”) .

Entries that are:

• Automatically generated,
• Submitted in bulk or by third parties,
• Incomplete or falsified,
  may be disqualified at Taptap Send’s discretion.

Only one entry per video submission will be accepted. Multiple videos may be submitted, but only one prize per Entrant will be awarded.

5. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted by Taptap Send via Instagram Direct Message as soon as practicable following the Announcement Date.

Winners must respond within 7 days to confirm eligibility and receive their prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification, and the prize may be awarded to the next eligible Entrant.

Taptap Send is not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize on time.

6. Disqualification and Abuse

Taptap Send reserves the right to void any entry or disqualify any participant if:

• The content is found to be offensive, plagiarized, or otherwise inappropriate.
• The engagement is artificially inflated (e.g., using bots, paid shares, or fake accounts).
• There is evidence of multiple accounts or manipulative behavior.

All entries must comply with Instagram’s community guidelines and Taptap Send’s User Agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAPTAP SEND BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME OR THE CONTEST, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TAPTAP SEND’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE $500.

ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE CAMPAIGN AND USE OF THE TAPTAP SEND SERVICES ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). TAPTAP SEND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME OR THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE REWARDS.

8. Data protection and publicity‍

By entering the Contest, Entrants consent to Taptap Send using their name, likeness, and content for promotional purposes across its platforms, without additional compensation. All personal data will be handled according to Taptap Send’s Privacy Policy.

9. General

Taptap Send reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or amend the Contest at any time, without notice.
• Disqualify any Entrant that violates these Terms or behaves contrary to the spirit of the Contest.

• Make the final decision on all matters relating to this Contest, including the selection of winners.

1. Le Concours

Taptap Send UK Limited (« Taptap Send ») organise un concours vidéo communautaire (le « Concours ») du 9 mai 2025 au 26 mai 2025 à 10h00 EST (la « Période »), ouvert aux participants éligibles situés dans l’un des Territoires Autorisés définis à l’Article 4. L’objectif du Concours est de célébrer la Fête des Mères en encourageant les participants à publier des hommages vidéo inspirants de 60 secondes à leurs mères sur Instagram, mettant en valeur leurs histoires, leur résilience et leur impact personnel.

Les participants (chacun étant un « Participant ») sont invités à participer au Concours en réalisant les Actions Qualifiantes définies à la section 2.3 ci-dessous pendant la Période. Le Concours récompensera les trois Participants dont les vidéos auront été les plus partagées, comme précisé à la section 3.

Les gagnants (les « Meilleures Participations ») seront annoncés le 26 mai 2025 à 18h00 EST (la « Date d’Annonce »).

2. Comment participer au Concours

2.1 Période de la campagne

Le Concours se déroulera du 9 mai 2025 à 00h00 EST au 26 mai 2025 à 10h00 EST (la « Date de Clôture »).

2.2 Date limite de participation

Toutes les Participations Qualifiantes doivent être publiées et visibles sur Instagram au plus tard à 10h00 EST à la Date de Clôture. Tout contenu publié après cette heure ne sera pas pris en compte.

2.3 Actions Qualifiantes

Pour qu’une participation soit considérée comme une « Participation Qualifiante », un Participant doit, pendant la Période

• Enregistrer et publier une vidéo de 60 secondes maximum sur Instagram Reels.
• Inclure un hommage à leur mère, tel qu’une histoire sur ses accomplissements, un défi surmonté ou un message personnel.
• Identifier @taptapsendhaiti dans la publication vidéo.
• Ajouter le hashtag #ManmanPamNan.
• Ajouter ou insérer le visuel ou l’image officielle de Taptap Send dans la publication (soit dans la vidéo, soit comme deuxième diapositive dans une publication carrousel).
• Rendre la vidéo Instagram Reel visible publiquement.
• S’assurer que la vidéo est conçue pour être largement partagée — les vidéos les plus partagées remporteront les prix.

Seules les participations respectant l’intégralité de ces critères seront valides. Taptap Send se réserve le droit de vérifier les soumissions et de disqualifier toute participation incomplète ou non conforme.

3. Les Prix

Sous réserve d’éligibilité et de vérification, Taptap Send attribuera des prix aux trois Participations Qualifiantes ayant obtenu le plus grand nombre de partages, comme suit :

De plus, les trois vidéos gagnantes seront repartagées sur les plateformes numériques officielles de Taptap Send Haïti, leur offrant ainsi une visibilité communautaire accrue.

Les prix seront envoyés par voie numérique ou par un autre moyen convenu après confirmation de l'identité et de l’éligibilité du gagnant. Les prix ne sont ni transférables ni échangeables contre de l’argent.

4. Éligibilité

Le Concours est ouvert aux personnes qui :

• Ont au moins 18 ans au moment de leur participation.
• Disposent d’un compte Instagram valide et public.
• Résident dans l’un des territoires où Taptap Send opère, à l’exception de la Grèce, l’Italie, le Portugal, les Émirats Arabes Unis, l’Autriche, l’Allemagne, l’Espagne, la Finlande, la Slovaquie, ainsi que les États américains du Nebraska, du Dakota du Nord et du Vermont (les « Territoires Autorisés »).

Les participations qui sont :

• Générées automatiquement,
• Soumises en masse ou par des tiers,
• Incomplètes ou falsifiées,

pourront être disqualifiées à la discrétion de Taptap Send.

Une seule participation sera acceptée par vidéo. Plusieurs vidéos peuvent être soumises, mais un seul prix sera attribué par Participant.

5. Notification des gagnants

Les gagnants seront contactés par Taptap Send via message direct Instagram dans les plus brefs délais après la Date d’Annonce.

Les gagnants doivent répondre dans un délai de 7 jours pour confirmer leur éligibilité et recevoir leur prix. En cas de non-réponse, le prix pourra être attribué au Participant éligible suivant.

Taptap Send décline toute responsabilité en cas d’impossibilité de contact ou de non-réclamation du prix dans les délais impartis.

6. Disqualification et abus

Taptap Send se réserve le droit d’annuler toute participation ou de disqualifier tout Participant si :

• Le contenu est jugé offensant, plagié ou inapproprié.
• L’engagement est artificiellement gonflé (ex. : bots, partages payés, faux comptes).
• Des comptes multiples ou des comportements manipulatoires sont détectés.

Toutes les participations doivent respecter les règles de la communauté Instagram et les Conditions d’utilisation de Taptap Send.

7. Limitation de responsabilité

DANS LA MESURE PERMISE PAR LA LOI EN VIGUEUR, TAPTAP SEND NE SAURAIT ÊTRE TENU RESPONSABLE ENVERS VOUS OU UN TIERS POUR TOUT DOMMAGE LIÉ À VOTRE PARTICIPATION AU PROGRAMME DE PARRAINAGE OU AU CONCOURS, Y COMPRIS, SANS LIMITATION, LES DOMMAGES SPÉCIAUX, INDIRECTS, ACCESSOIRES, PUNITIFS ET/OU CONSÉCUTIFS, MÊME SI TAPTAP SEND A ÉTÉ INFORMÉ DE LA POSSIBILITÉ DE TELS DOMMAGES. LA RESPONSABILITÉ TOTALE DE TAPTAP SEND ENVERS LE PARTICIPANT OU UN TIERS EST LIMITÉE À 500 USD.

TAPTAP SEND NE DONNE AUCUNE GARANTIE, EXPLICITE OU IMPLICITE, CONCERNANT LA CAMPAGNE OU L’UTILISATION DE SES SERVICES, Y COMPRIS (SANS LIMITATION) LES GARANTIES DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE, D’ADÉQUATION À UN USAGE PARTICULIER OU DE NON-VIOLATION DE DROITS DE PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE.

8. Protection des données et publicité

En participant au Concours, les Participants acceptent que Taptap Send utilise leur nom, image et contenu à des fins promotionnelles sur ses plateformes, sans compensation supplémentaire. Toutes les données personnelles seront traitées conformément à la Politique de Confidentialité de Taptap Send.

9. Dispositions générales

Taptap Send se réserve le droit de :

• Annuler, suspendre ou modifier le Concours à tout moment, sans préavis.
• Disqualifier tout Participant contrevenant aux présentes conditions ou agissant en contradiction avec l’esprit du Concours.
• Prendre toute décision finale concernant le Concours, y compris la sélection des gagnants.
