2.1 Le concours se déroule du 4 avril 2025 au 18 avril 2025. Pour participer, vous devez :

(b) Vous inscrire sur Taptap Send en utilisant le code promo unique de l’influenceur entre le 4 avril et le 18 avril 2025
(c) Répondre correctement à la question posée dans la publication du concours
(d) Commenter le nom de 3 amis sous la publication du concours

2.2 En participant, vous acceptez ces conditions générales.

2.3 Les gagnants seront sélectionnés au hasard lors d’un live Instagram à la fin des deux semaines de concours.

3. Éligibilité
3.1 Le concours est ouvert uniquement aux nouveaux inscrits sur Taptap Send qui souhaitent envoyer de l'argent au Sénégal ou en Gambie en utilisant le code promo de l’influenceur lors du live.

3.2 Ce concours est ouvert aux personnes qui :
(a) Ont 18 ans ou plus
(b) Sont résidents légaux des États-Unis, du Canada, du Royaume-Uni ou d'un État membre de l'Union européenne (à l'exception de l’Espagne, Italie et Portugal)
(c) Se sont inscrites avec succès sur Taptap Send avant la date limite en utilisant le code promo de l’influenceur

3.3 Taptap Send se réserve le droit de disqualifier toute participation qui :
(a) Est générée automatiquement ou frauduleuse
(b) Est incomplète ou ne respecte pas les critères d’éligibilité
(c) Ne respecte pas l’esprit ou l’objectif du concours

3.4 Limite d’une participation par personne. Toute participation au nom d'une autre personne ne sera pas acceptée.

4. Les Prix

5. Notification des Gagnants & Réclamation des Prix
5.1 Les gagnants seront contactés par e-mail et/ou téléphone via les coordonnées associées à leur compte Taptap Send.

5.2 Ils doivent répondre sous 48 heures pour réclamer leur prix.

5.3 En cas de non-réponse, Taptap Send se réserve le droit de sélectionner un autre gagnant.

5.4 Les gagnants pourront être invités à vérifier leur identité et leur éligibilité avant de recevoir leur prix.

5.5 Les prix seront :
(a) Envoyés électroniquement (si applicable)
(b) Ou disponibles pour un retrait à un endroit désigné

5.6 Si un gagnant ne peut pas réclamer son prix, aucun remplacement ne sera proposé.

1.1 This is a prize draw for a chance to win one of the following prizes:

2. How to enter
2.1 The giveaway runs from April 4, 2025, to April 18, 2025. To participate, you must:
(a) Follow @Taptapsendfr on IG and @Faynara on IG
(b) Sign up on Taptap Send using the influencer’s unique promo code between April 4, 2025, and April 18, 2025
(c) Correctly answer the question asked in the Giveaway Post
(d) Comment the usernames of 3 friends on the Giveaway Post

2.2 By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2.3 The winners will be randomly selected via Instagram Live after the two-week entry period.

3. Eligibility
3.1 The prize draw is only open to signups of Taptap Send who want to send money to Senegal or Gambia using the specified influencer’s promocode during the live session.

3.2 This giveaway is open to individuals who:
(a) Are aged 18 years or older
(b) Are legal residents of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or a European Union member state (with the exception of Spain, Italy, and Portugal).
(c) Successfully sign up on Taptap Send using the influencer’s promo code before the deadline

3.3 Taptap Send reserves the right to disqualify any entries that:
(a) Are computer-generated or fraudulent
(b) Are incomplete or do not meet the eligibility criteria.
(c) Are in violation of the spirit or intention of the prize draw.

3.4 There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

4. The prizes
4.1 Three winners will be selected during the Instagram Live session:
(a) 1st Prize - New iPhone 16
(b) 2nd Prize - B&G headphones
(c) 3rd Prize - €/£/$100 Amazon Gift Card

4.2 There is no cash alternative for the prize.

4.3 The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

5. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize
5.1 Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone using the details linked to their Taptap Send account.

5.2 Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.

5.3 If a winner does not respond within the timeframe, Taptap Send reserves the right to select another winner.

5.4 Winners may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before receiving their prize.

5.5 Prizes will be:
(a) Sent electronically (where applicable)
(b) Or made available for pickup at a designated location

5.6 If a winner cannot claim their prize, no alternative will be offered.

6. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, Taptap Send, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Taptap Send, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. General
8.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

8.2 Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
