1. We use state-of-the-art encryption and data protection technology, and your banking information is used solely to process the transfer. This means that no one can access your data, which we store in encrypted form.
2. When receiving money, each person must present a valid government-issued ID, and the name must match the name you select as the recipient. Therefore, it is important that you enter the name exactly as it appears on the ID of the person you are sending money to.
3. If a problem occurs and your recipient cannot receive the funds, we will process your refund at no cost.
To bank accounts: Up to $20,000 MXN for the first transfer; from the second transfer onward, up to $50,000 MXN.
To Chedraui: Up to $18,000 MXN.
To Farmacias Guadalajara: Up to $15,000 MXN. To Oxxo: Up to $3,000 MXN.
These limits help protect your bank account from unauthorized transfers 💸.
