Multiple Referral Contest terms and conditions
1. The Contest
1.1 Taptap Send, Inc. (”Taptap Send”) will run a referral contest (the “Contest”) for its customers in Australia, Canada, Spain, and the United States sending remittances to Colombia from 15/02/2025 to 31/03/2025 (the “Period”), whereby existing customers will be encouraged to refer new customers amongst their friends/family during the Period to win 1.500 USD/EUR or the equivalent in CAD or AUD, per month, for 3 months, starting on the 1st of April.
1.2 Subject to completing the qualifying actions set out in section 2.3 below (the “Qualifying Actions”) within the Period, existing customers (each a “Referrer”) will participate in the Contest as follows:
(a) Top Referrer - The Referrer who completes the largest number of Qualifying Referrals (as defined under section 2.3 below) will win 1.500 USD/EUR or the equivalent of $1.500 USD in CAD or AUD, per month, for 3 months, starting on the 1st of May. The winner (the “Top Referrer”) will be announced on 15/04/2025 (the “Announcement Date”).
Original referral scheme - Taptap Send’s original referral programme (the “Referral Programme”) will remain in operation throughout the Period. As a result, the Referer and the referee will both remain eligible to earn the referral bonus as applicable for each successful referral. Please refer to the Taptap Send App to get your referral code and to access the Referral Programme terms and conditions (the “Referral Agreement”) for more details.
2. How to enter the Contest
2.1 The Contest will run from 00:00 GMT on 15/02/2025 to 23:59 GMT on 31/03/2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
2.2 All Qualifying Referrals must be received by Taptap Send by no later than 23:59 GMT on the Closing Date. Any referrals made after this date will not be counted towards the total number of Qualifying Referrals for the purposes of the Contest.
2.3 To enter the Contest, the following Qualifying Actions must be undertaken during the Period:
(a) Successfully refer new customers to Taptap Send, who shall use the Referrer’s personal referral code found within the TTS App (the “Referee”). For the sake of clarity, a Referee is an individual who has not previously registered with the TTS App;
(b) Each Referee must then successfully sign up to Taptap Send;
(c) The Referee enters the referral code given by the Referrer;
(d) The Referee successfully uses the TTS App to transfer money to a person in Colombia, other than the Referrer, in a manner that is compliant with these terms and conditions, the Referral Agreement and our Taptap Send User Agreement;
(e) The sum of money sent in the Referee’s first transfer is equal to or greater than 30 USD/EUR or the equivalent in CAD or AUD;
(f) The Referee's money transfer transaction is successfully executed and not canceled (either by the Referee or by Taptap Send) between 00:00 GMT on 15/02/2025 and 23:59 GMT on 31/03/2025.
The Qualifying Actions are strictly cumulative, i.e., all conditions must be satisfied for the participant’s entry to be valid and to constitute a “Qualifying Referral”. Taptap Send reserves the right to impose and/or change minimum transfer limits at its discretion.
Taptap Send reserves the right to change the list of Qualifying Actions and associated rewards at its discretion without prior notice. However, Qualifying Actions validly completed before the date of the change will be honored by Taptap Send.
2.4 By submitting a Qualifying Referral, you agree to be enrolled into the Contest and be bound by these terms and conditions and the Referral Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the Referral Agreement, do not share your referral code.

2.6 Top Referrer will be the Referrer with the largest number of Qualifying Referrals made within the Period. In the event of a tie, the Referrer with the highest amount of Qualifying Referrals combined with the highest transfer volume of remittances sent during the Period by its Referees will be considered the winner.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Contest is only open to customers of Taptap Send who are resident in Australia, Canada, Spain, and the United States(excluding in the regions listed in 3.2), aged 18 years and above, and who complete Qualifying Referrals. The Referee must not be an existing Taptap Send customer and must have made a transfer of a minimum of 30 USD/EUR or the equivalent in CAD or AUD between 00:00 GMT on 15/02/2025 and 23:59 GMT on 31/03/2025.
3.2 This Contest is not open to residents in Quebec, Nebraska, North Dakota and Vermont.
3.3 In entering the Contest, you confirm that you are eligible to participate and eligible to claim the bonus if you win. Taptap Send may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Contest.
3.4 Taptap Send will not accept entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk; or
(c) incomplete.
3.5 Taptap Send reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Contest.
3.6 Only one registration per participant will be accepted. Subsequent registrations or money transfers with Taptap Send by the Referee do not qualify as Qualifying Referrals.
3.7 Money transfers initiated by the Referee after his or her first successful money transfer with Taptap Send, or referrals to a Referee who is a previous customer of the TTS App, do not qualify as Qualifying Referrals.
3.8 Taptap Send reserves the right to void any Qualifying Action or payment of any bonus that: (i) appears to be fraudulent; (ii) appears to have been created as a result of a fraudulent transaction; or (iii) that violates the terms of these no terms and conditions, this Referral Agreement or the Taptap Send User Agreement.
3.9 Taptap Send reserves the right to limit the number of individuals per household eligible for receiving a bonus.
3.10 Any attempt by a participant to abuse this Contest by using multiple/different identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other method we consider abusive, at our discretion, will void and disqualify the participant from receiving the bonus in Taptap Send’s sole discretion.
4. The cash prize
4.1 The prize will be awarded in order of the largest number of referrals:
● 1.500 USD/EUR or the equivalent of $1.500 USD in CAD or AUD, per month, for 3 months, starting on the 1st of May.
● 4,500 USD/EUR or the equivalent in CAD or AUD will be distributed in total over the course of three months.
● Only one winner will be able to claim this prize, and they may be from any of the participating territories.
4.2 These prizes will be awarded as cash payments via bank transfer.
5. Winner
5.1 Taptap Send will contact the Top Referrer personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the telephone number or email address provided in their customer account details.
5.2 Prizes may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
5.3 Taptap Send will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 7 days from the Announcement Date, Taptap Send reserves the right to offer the bonus/prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
5.4 Taptap Send does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize/bonus.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAPTAP SEND BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME OR THE CONTEST, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TAPTAP SEND’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THE THEN-CURRENT UNITED ARAB EMIRATES DIRHAMS VALUE OF THE PARTY’S UNSPENT REWARD.
7. ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME AND USE OF THE TAPTAP SEND SERVICES ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). TAPTAP SEND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THE REFERRAL PROGRAMME OR THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE REWARDS.
8. Data protection and publicity
8.1 Taptap Send will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. General
9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Contest.
9.2 Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Contest where it becomes necessary to do so at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Referral Programme or this Contest, earnings of bonus, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Contest shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
9.3 If a Participant or Referee attempts to use the Contest or the Referral Programme in breach of this agreement, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement or void the bonus of either party.

Concurso de Referidos Múltiples Términos y Condiciones
1. El Concurso
1.1 Taptap Send, Inc. («Taptap Send») organizará un concurso de referencias (el “Concurso”) para sus clientes de Australia, Canadá, España y Estados Unidos que envíen remesas a Colombia desde el 15/02/2025 hasta el 31/03/2025 (el «Periodo»), mediante el cual se animará a los clientes existentes a que refieran a nuevos clientes entre sus amigos/familiares durante el Periodo para ganar 1.500 USD/EUR o el equivalente en CAD o AUD, al mes, durante 3 meses, a partir del 1 de abril.
1.2 Los clientes existentes (cada uno de ellos un «Remitente») participarán en el Concurso de la siguiente manera, siempre que completen las acciones clasificatorias establecidas en la sección 2.3 (las «Acciones clasificatorias») dentro del Periodo:
(a) Máximo Remitente - El Remitente que complete el mayor número de Remisiones que cumplan los requisitos (tal y como se define en la sección 2.3 a continuación) ganará 1.500 USD/EUR o el equivalente a 1.500 USD en CAD o AUD, al mes, durante 3 meses, a partir del 1 de mayo. El ganador (el «Máximo Referente») será anunciado el 15/04/2025 (la «Fecha de Anuncio»).
Programa de recomendación original - El programa de recomendación original de Taptap Send (el «Programa de recomendación») seguirá en funcionamiento durante todo el Periodo. En consecuencia, tanto el remitente como el remitente seguirán teniendo derecho a ganar la bonificación por remisión aplicable por cada remisión realizada con éxito. Consulte la aplicación Taptap Send para obtener su código de recomendación y acceder a los términos y condiciones del Programa de Recomendación (el «Acuerdo de Recomendación») para obtener más detalles.
2. Cómo participar en el Concurso
2.1 El Concurso estará abierto desde las 00:00 GMT del 15/02/2025 hasta las 23:59 GMT del 31/03/2025 (la «Fecha de Cierre») inclusive.
2.2 Taptap Send debe recibir todas las referencias válidas antes de las 23:59 GMT de la fecha de cierre. Cualquier recomendación realizada después de esta fecha no se tendrá en cuenta para el número total de recomendaciones válidas a efectos del concurso.
2.3 Para participar en el Concurso, deben llevarse a cabo las siguientes Acciones clasificatorias durante el Periodo:
(a) Remitir con éxito nuevos clientes a Taptap Send, que deberán utilizar el código de remisión personal del Remitente que se encuentra dentro de la TTS App (el «Remitente»). En aras de la claridad, un Referido es un individuo que no se ha registrado previamente en la TTS App;
(b) A continuación, cada remitente deberá inscribirse correctamente en Taptap Send;
(c) El referido introduce el código de referencia dado por el Remitente;
(d) El Referido utiliza con éxito la TTS App para transferir dinero a una persona en Colombia, distinta del Referido, de una manera que cumple con estos términos y condiciones, el Acuerdo de Referido y nuestro Acuerdo de Usuario de Taptap Send;
(e) La suma de dinero enviada en la primera transferencia del Referido es igual o superior a 30 USD/EUR o el equivalente en CAD o AUD;
(f) La transacción de transferencia de dinero del Referido se ejecuta con éxito y no se cancela (ni por el Referido ni por Taptap Send) entre las 00:00 GMT del 15/02/2025 y las 23:59 GMT del 31/03/2025.
Las Acciones clasificatorias son estrictamente acumulativas, es decir, deben cumplirse todas las condiciones para que la inscripción del participante sea válida y constituya una «Recomendación clasificatoria». Taptap Send se reserva el derecho a imponer y/o modificar los límites mínimos de transferencia a su discreción.
Taptap Send se reserva el derecho a modificar la lista de Acciones que cumplen los requisitos y las recompensas asociadas a su discreción y sin previo aviso. No obstante, Taptap Send respetará las Acciones válidas completadas antes de la fecha del cambio.
2.4 Al enviar una Recomendación válida, acepta participar en el Concurso y quedar vinculado por estos términos y condiciones y por el Acuerdo de Recomendación. Si no desea quedar vinculado por estos términos y condiciones y por el Acuerdo de Referencia, no comparta su código de referencia.

2.6 El Remitente Principal será el Remitente con el mayor número de Remisiones Aptas realizadas durante el Periodo. En caso de empate, se considerará ganador al Remitente con la mayor cantidad de Remisiones Aptas combinada con el mayor volumen de transferencias de remesas enviadas durante el Periodo por sus Remitentes.
3. Eligibilidad
3.1 El Concurso sólo está abierto a clientes de Taptap Send residentes en Australia, Canadá, España y Estados Unidos (excluidas las regiones enumeradas en el punto 3.2), mayores de 18 años y que completen las Referencias que cumplan los requisitos. El Referido no debe ser un cliente existente de Taptap Send y debe haber realizado una transferencia de un mínimo de 30 USD/EUR o el equivalente en CAD o AUD entre las 00:00 GMT del 15/02/2025 y las 23:59 GMT del 31/03/2025.
3.2 Este Concurso no está abierto a los residentes en Quebec, Nebraska, Dakota del Norte y Vermont.
3.3 Al participar en el Concurso, usted confirma que reúne los requisitos para participar y reclamar la bonificación en caso de ganar. Taptap Send puede pedirle que demuestre que cumple los requisitos para participar en el Concurso.
3.4 Taptap Send no aceptará entradas que sean:
(a) Automáticamente generadas por un robot;
(b) completados por terceros o;
(c) incompletas.
3.5 Taptap Send se reserva todos los derechos a descalificarle si su conducta es contraria al espíritu o la intención del Concurso.
3.6 Sólo se aceptará una inscripción por participante. Las inscripciones posteriores o las transferencias de dinero con Taptap Send realizadas por el Referido no se considerarán Referencias Calificadoras.
3.7 Las transferencias de dinero iniciadas por el Referido después de su primera transferencia de dinero exitosa con Taptap Send, o las referencias a un Referido que es un cliente anterior de la TTS App, no califican como Referencias Calificantes.
3.8 Taptap Send se reserva el derecho a anular cualquier Acción que cumpla los requisitos o el pago de cualquier bonificación que: (i) parezca ser fraudulenta; (ii) parezca haber sido creada como resultado de una transacción fraudulenta; o (iii) que viole los términos de estos términos y condiciones, este Acuerdo de Referencia o el Acuerdo de Usuario de Taptap Send.
3.9 Taptap Send se reserva el derecho a limitar el número de personas por hogar con derecho a recibir una bonificación.
3.10 Cualquier intento por parte de un participante de abusar de este Concurso mediante el uso de múltiples/diferentes identidades, registros, inicios de sesión, y/o cualquier otro método que consideremos abusivo, a nuestra discreción, anulará y descalificará al participante para recibir el bono a la entera discreción de Taptap Send.
4. El premio
4.1 El premio se concederá por orden de mayor número de referencias:
● 1.500 USD/EUR o el equivalente de 1.500 USD en CAD o AUD, al mes, durante 3 meses, a partir del 1 de mayo.
● En total, se repartirán 4.500 USD/EUR o el equivalente en CAD o AUD a lo largo de tres meses.
● Sólo un ganador podrá reclamar este premio, y podrá ser de cualquiera de los territorios participantes.
4.2 Estos premios se entregarán en metálico mediante transferencia bancaria.
5. Ganador
5.1 Taptap Send se pondrá en contacto personalmente con el Remitente Principal tan pronto como sea posible después de la Fecha de Anuncio, utilizando el número de teléfono o la dirección de correo electrónico facilitados en los datos de su cuenta de cliente.
5.2 Los premios no podrán ser reclamados por un tercero en su nombre.
5.3 Taptap Send hará todos los esfuerzos razonables para ponerse en contacto con el ganador. Si el ganador no puede ser contactado o no está disponible, o no ha reclamado su premio dentro de los 7 días siguientes a la Fecha de Anuncio, Taptap Send se reserva el derecho de ofrecer el bono/premio al siguiente participante elegible seleccionado entre las entradas correctas que se recibieron antes de la Fecha de Cierre.
5.4 Taptap Send no acepta ninguna responsabilidad si no puede optar al premio/bonificación.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY EN LAS JURISDICCIONES APLICABLES, EN NINGÚN CASO TAPTAP SEND SERÁ RESPONSABLE ANTE USTED NI ANTE TERCEROS POR DAÑOS DERIVADOS DE SU PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL PROGRAMA DE RECOMENDACIÓN O EN EL CONCURSO, INCLUIDOS, ENTRE OTROS, DAÑOS ESPECIALES, INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, PUNITIVOS Y/O CONSECUENTES, INCLUSO SI HEMOS SIDO ADVERTIDOS DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE DICHOS DAÑOS. LA RESPONSABILIDAD MÁXIMA TOTAL DE TAPTAP SEND ANTE EL PARTICIPANTE Y CUALQUIER TERCERO EN CUALQUIER CIRCUNSTANCIA SERÁ EL VALOR EN DIRHAMS DE LOS EMIRATOS ÁRABES UNIDOS VIGENTE EN ESE MOMENTO DE LA RECOMPENSA NO GASTADA DEL PARTICIPANTE.
7. SE EXCLUYEN TODAS LAS GARANTÍAS, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS, RELATIVAS AL PROGRAMA DE RECOMENDACIÓN Y AL USO DE LOS SERVICIOS TAPTAP SEND (INCLUYENDO, SIN LIMITACIÓN, LA EXCLUSIÓN DE CUALQUIER GARANTÍA DE COMERCIABILIDAD, DE NO INFRACCIÓN DE LA PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL Y/O DE ADECUACIÓN A UN FIN PARTICULAR). TAPTAP SEND NO REPRESENTA NI GARANTIZA LOS RESULTADOS QUE PUEDAN OBTENERSE A TRAVÉS DEL PROGRAMA DE RECOMENDACIÓN NI EL PLAZO DE ENTREGA DE LAS RECOMPENSAS.
8. Protección de datos y publicidad
8.1 Taptap Send sólo procesará su información personal según lo establecido en la Póliza de Privacidad.
9. General
9.1 Si hay alguna razón para creer que ha habido un incumplimiento de estos términos y condiciones, Taptap Send puede, a su entera discreción, reservarse el derecho de excluirle de participar en el Concurso.
9.2 Taptap Send se reserva el derecho de anular, suspender, cancelar o modificar el Concurso cuando sea necesario hacerlo en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso. La resolución de todas las preguntas o disputas relativas a la elegibilidad para el Programa de Referencia o este Concurso, las ganancias de bonificaciones o su cumplimiento de los términos y condiciones de este Concurso estará sujeta a nuestra interpretación razonable.
9.3 Si un Participante o Referido intenta utilizar el Concurso o el Programa de Referencia incumpliendo este acuerdo, el Acuerdo de Usuario o infringiendo cualquier ley, estatuto o reglamento gubernamental, tendremos derecho a suspender o cancelar la cuenta en virtud del Acuerdo de Usuario o anular la bonificación de cualquiera de las partes.
