CONCERT TICKETS GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. To enter the prize draw, you must:
    1. Be a new Taptap Send user, download the app between 12:00 AM  (Eastern Time) 29th January and 11:59 PM  (Eastern Time) 8th February 2025 using the promo code “WERRASON10”.
    2. Not have previously registered for and/or used the Taptap Send application to make a transfer.
    3. Be aged 18 or over at the time of entry and a legal resident of France.
    4. Be able to travel to the concert at your own cost.
  2. The prize:
    1. 4 lucky winners will get one gold ticket for Werrason’s Arena Grand Paris’s concert on February 15th  and backstage access for a photo with the artist.
      The prize includes:
      1. 1 gold ticket per winner of a value of 99 EUR each.
      2. 1 backstage access for a photo with the artist per winner
    2. The prize does not include transportation or accommodation to the concert.
  3. 4 names will be selected by random draw on February 9th, 2025 from all eligible entries received. A selected entrant is not deemed a winner of any prize until their eligibility has been verified.
  4. Winners will be notified within the next 2 days by phone and/or email using the contact details used to register with Taptap Send.
  5. If there is no response from the winner within 48 hours of attempted contact, another winner will be drawn.
  6. Each customer who qualifies for entry will receive one entry into the draw.
  7. Winning a prize is contingent on the entrant meeting all eligibility requirements.
  8. Taptap Send will process your personal data as set out in its  Privacy Policy
  9. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAPTAP SEND BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TAPTAP SEND’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THE THEN-CURRENT VALUE OF THE PARTY’S UNSPENT REWARD.
  10. ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE GIVEAWAY AND USE OF THE TAPTAP SEND SERVICES ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). TAPTAP SEND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THE GIVEAWAY OR THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE REWARD.
  11. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Giveaway.
  12. Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Giveaway, earning of bonus, or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Giveaway shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.
  13. If a Participant or Referee attempts to use the Giveaway in breach of this agreement, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute or regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement.

  1. Pour participer au tirage au sort, vous devez:
    1. Être un nouvel utilisateur de Taptap Send et télécharger l’application entre le 29Janvier à 00H et le 8 Février 2025 à 23h59 (heure de l'Est) en utilisant le code promo « WERRASON10 ».
    2. Ne pas s'être déjà inscrit et/ou avoir utilisé l'application Taptap Send pour effectuer un transfert.
    3. Être âgé de 18 ans ou plus au moment de la participation et être un résident légal de la France.
    4. Nous ne prenons pas en charge le transport vers le concert.
  2. Le prix:
    1. 4 heureux gagnants remporteront un billet chacun pour le concert de Werrasson au Arena Grand Paris ainsi qu’un accès backstage pour faire une photo avec l’artiste.
      Le billet sera :
      1. 1 billet catégorie Carré Or par gagnant d’une valeur de 99 EUR par personne.
      2. 1 accès backstage par gagnant pour une photo avec l’artiste
      3. Aucun transport ne sera pris en charge.
  3. Quatre (4) noms seront sélectionnés par tirage au sort le 9 Février 2025 parmi toutes les inscriptions admissibles reçues. Un participant sélectionné n'est pas considéré comme gagnant d'un prix tant que son éligibilité n'a pas été vérifiée.
  4. Les gagnants seront informés dans les 2 jours à venir par téléphone et/ou par e-mail en utilisant les coordonnées utilisées pour s'inscrire à Taptap Send.
  5. Si le gagnant ne répond pas dans les 48 heures suivant la tentative de contact, un autre gagnant sera tiré au sort.
  6. Chaque client qui remplit les conditions requises recevra une participation au tirage au sort.
  7. Taptap Send traitera vos données personnelles comme indiqué dans sa politique de confidentialité.
  8. DANS TOUTE LA MESURE PERMISE PAR LA LOI DANS LES JURIDICTIONS APPLICABLES, TAPTAP SEND NE SERA EN AUCUN CAS RESPONSABLE ENVERS VOUS OU UN TIERS POUR TOUT DOMMAGE RÉSULTANT DE VOTRE PARTICIPATION AU CONCOURS, Y COMPRIS, MAIS SANS S'Y LIMITER, LES DOMMAGES SPÉCIAUX, INDIRECTS, ACCESSOIRES, PUNITIFS ET/OU CONSÉCUTIFS, MÊME SI NOUS AVONS ÉTÉ INFORMÉS DE LA POSSIBILITÉ DE TELS DOMMAGES. TOUTES LES GARANTIES, EXPLICITES OU IMPLICITES, CONCERNANT LE CONCOURS ET L'UTILISATION DES SERVICES TAPTAP SEND SONT EXCLUES (Y COMPRIS, SANS LIMITATION, L'EXCLUSION DE TOUTE GARANTIE DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE, DE NON-VIOLATION DE LA PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE ET/OU D'ADÉQUATION À UN USAGE PARTICULIER). TAPTAP SEND NE FAIT AUCUNE DÉCLARATION ET NE DONNE AUCUNE GARANTIE QUANT AUX RÉSULTATS POUVANT ÊTRE OBTENUS PAR LE BIAIS DE L'OFFRE OU QUANT AU DÉLAI DE LIVRAISON DE LA RÉCOMPENSE.
  10. S'il y a des raisons de croire qu'il y a eu violation des présentes conditions générales, Taptap Send peut, à sa seule discrétion, se réserver le droit de vous exclure de la participation au concours.
  11. Taptap Send se réserve le droit d'annuler, de suspendre, d'annuler ou de modifier le concours s'il devient nécessaire de le faire en tout temps et sans préavis. La résolution de toutes les questions ou de tous les litiges concernant l'admissibilité au concours, les gains de la prime ou votre conformité aux conditions générales de ce concours sera soumise à notre interprétation raisonnable.
  12. Si un participant ou un arbitre tente d'utiliser le concours en violation du présent accord, de l'accord d'utilisation ou de toute loi, statut ou règlement, nous aurons le droit de suspendre ou de résilier le compte en vertu de l'accord d'utilisation.
