1. The prize draw
1.1 This is an Easter Special prize draw to win 500 GHS bonus credit in your Taptap Send account.

1.2 The promotion is being run by [Taptap Send UK Limited] (“Taptap Send”). Taptap Send is authorised by the FCA under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (FRN: 900842) for the issuing of electronic money.

2. How to enter
2.1 The prize draw will run from 00:00 hrs 13th March 2024 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 hrs on 31st March 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

2.2 All prize draw entries must be received by Taptap Send by no later than 31st March 2023 on the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. All qualifying entries received during this period, before the publication of these terms, will be retroactively added to the prize draw.

2.3 To enter the prize draw, you must:
(a) Be aged 18 or over;
(b) Be a registered Taptap Send user who lives in the United Kingdom;
(c) Have already activated the new Wallet feature on your Taptap Send app by following the prompts to create a Taptap Send Wallet (“Wallet”);
(d) Not have loaded funds to your Wallet prior to 13th March 2024;
(e) Load at least GHS 200 into your Wallet during your first Wallet load transaction before the Closing Date;

2.4 By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.6 6 winners from among all eligible entries will be picked at random on 1st April 2024 using an online random number generator.

3. Eligibility
3.1 The prize draw is only open to eligible customers, as described in section 2.3

3.2 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Taptap Send may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

3.3 Taptap Send will not accept prize draw entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk; or
(c) incomplete.

3.4 There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

3.5 Taptap Send reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize prize draw.

4. The prize
4.1 The prize is 500 GHS of credit added to your Taptap Send account.
‍
4.2 There are 6 prizes of 500 GHS to be won. The bonus credit is not refundable, exchangeable for cash or usable as electronic money. The credit will expire 3 months from the date it is awarded.

5. Winners
5.1 Taptap Send will contact the winners personally as soon as practicable after the Cloising Date, using the telephone number or email address associated with their account.

6. Claiming the prize
6.1 The prize will be awarded to the Taptap Send accounts of the winning customers within 3 business days of the prize draw.

6.2 Taptap Send does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

7. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, Taptap Send, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Taptap Send, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Data protection and publicity
8.1 Taptap Send will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy. See also conditions 5.1 with regard to the announcement of winners.

9. General
9.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

9.2 Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
