The award

This is a promotion to receive 1.5% of your daily spend as bonus credit in your Taptap Send account, this reward will be granted to all users sending to Ghana (the “Promotion”).

How to enter

The Promotion will run from 00.01 GMT 17 November 2025 to 11.59 GMT 24 November 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

To qualify for the award (“Qualifying Actions”), you must:

Be aged 18 or over; or

Be a registered Taptap Send user who lives in the EU, UK, US, Canada or Australia.

Send money to Ghana using Taptap Send.

By completing the Qualifying Actions, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Claiming the award

Please allow a maximum of 48 working hours for your Taptap Send account to be loaded with your bonus credit after you have completed the Qualifying Actions. It will sit within your Taptap Send account for use on your next transaction.

The bonus credit is not refundable, exchangeable for cash or usable as electronic money. The credit will expire 3 months from the date it is awarded.

Limitation of liability

The terms and conditions of Taptap Send’s User Agreement apply to this prize draw. In particular, Taptap Send shall not be liable or responsible for inaccurate or incomplete details provided by prize winners to Taptap Send, including inaccurate or incomplete recipient information.

Data protection and publicity

Taptap Send will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.

General

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion and its terms and conditions at any time where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice.
