How does it work?

To triple your referral all you need to do is refer 5 New Customers to Taptap Send.

Terms and conditions

1. Only referrals made between 00:00 GMT on March 14 and 23:59 on 2 April 2024, for new users sending money from the Netherlands to Ghana will qualify for the enhanced bonus.

2. A referral is completed and taken into account when:
i) the referee makes a first successful transaction
ii) from the Netherlands to Ghana
iii) for an amount greater than or equal to €5
iv) within the promotional period
v) using the referrer’s promo code, and
vi) the referee's transactions are not canceled or refunded.

3. The referral bonuses will be credited as Taptap Send credit. This is not electronic money and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or withdrawn from a user’s account. Bonuses must be used on a user’s next Taptap Send transaction.

4. The Taptap Send bonus from the original referral bonus scheme of €5 for referrers and €5 for referees, will automatically be credited to the respective user accounts on successful completion of a referral.

5. If a user qualifies for the promotional bonus credit by making 5 or more qualifying referrals during the promotional period, this will be applied to their Taptap Send account on the first Friday after they qualify for the promotional bonus (and on subsequent Fridays should further qualifying referrals be made during the promotional period after this first award) and will expire after 90 days from the credit date.

6. In the event of any suspected promo code abuse, Taptap Send reserves the right to withhold or, where the credit has already been paid, void any referral bonus credit from both the referrer and the referee.
