1. The Contest
Taptap Send UK Limited (“Taptap Send”) will run a Mother's Day giveaway contest (the “Contest”) for eligible customers in participating send countries during the period of May 11, 2025 to May 31, 2025 (the “Period”). The Contest invites new users to sign up to the app using promo code [CELEBRATEMOM ] during this time for a chance to win:
- A round-trip flight to Jamaica (valued at $1,000 USD) for the new sender
- $500 USD bonus TTS credit to send to the Recipient of their choice in Jamaica
The winning participant (the “Winner”) will be announced on June 3, 2025 (the “Announcement Date”).

2. How to enter the Contest
2.1 Campaign Period
The Contest begins at 00:00 EST on May 11, 2025 and ends at 23:59 EST on May 31, 2025 (the “Closing Date”).
2.2 Entry Criteria (Qualifying Actions)
To qualify for entry into the Contest, the following conditions must be met:
- The sender must sign up to Taptap Send using promo code [CELEBRATEMOM] during the Period.
- The sender must have valid contact information.
All Qualifying Actions must occur within the Campaign Period. Transactions outside this timeframe or involving repeat senders will not be eligible.
The Qualifying Actions are strictly cumulative, i.e., all conditions must be satisfied for the participant’s entry to be valid.
Taptap Send reserves the right to change the list of Qualifying Actions and associated rewards at its discretion without prior notice.

3. The Prizes
Prize Awarded to Value
🎉 Grand Prize One (1) New Sender Round-trip flight to Jamaica + $500 USD bonus TTS credit
- The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Taptap Send will deposit the bonus credit in the Winner’s account on the TTS App on or after the Announcement Date. The bonus will be displayed as a balance in the TTS App account.
- Taptap Send does not guarantee a delivery time on any bonus credit granted.
- You may apply your bonus credit against transactions which (i) would be permitted under the Taptap Send User Agreement; and (ii) meet the transaction size requirements shown in the TTS App prior to your transaction.
- When you choose to apply your bonus credit against a particular transaction, your entire bonus balance will be applied against the transaction. Taptap Send is unable to apply partial amounts of your bonus balance.
- By applying your bonus against a particular transaction, you increase the amount that your Recipient receives, without increasing the amount you pay from your Payment Method (as defined in the Taptap Send User Agreement). You will have an opportunity to review the amounts paid and received, and the bonus spent, prior to executing the transaction through the Taptap Send App.
- Bonuses are not electronic money and are not refundable, even if the accompanying transaction is eligible to be refunded.
- Bonuses expire ninety (90) days from the date that the relevant bonus is deposited into your Taptap Send account. Taptap Send will automatically deduct expired bonus from your bonus balance
- In case of travel restrictions or other limitations, Taptap Send reserves the right to substitute the flight with a prize of equivalent value.

4. Eligibility
The Contest is open to:
- New Taptap Send sign-ups in participating countries (namely, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States excluding Greece, Italy, Portugal, the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Germany, Canada, Spain, Finland, Slovakia the US states of Nebraska, North Dakota, and Vermont)) interested in sending money to Jamaica.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Employees of Taptap Send and their immediate families are not eligible.

5. Winner Notification
- The selected Winner will be contacted via the email or phone number listed in their Taptap Send account after the Announcement Date.
- Winners must respond within 7 days to confirm eligibility and coordinate prize delivery.
- Failure to respond or provide required details within this time may result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to another eligible participant.

6. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAPTAP SEND BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TAPTAP SEND’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE $500.
ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, REGARDING THE COMPETITION AND USE OF THE TAPTAP SEND SERVICES ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). TAPTAP SEND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THE CONTEST OR THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE REWARDS.

7. Data protection and publicity
By entering the Contest, the Winner agrees that Taptap Send may use their names, images, and general location for promotional purposes across its platforms, without further compensation. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Taptap Send Privacy Policy.

8. General
Taptap Send reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
- Disqualify any participant for tampering with the entry process or violating these terms.
- Make final decisions regarding any disputes or issues related to the Contest, in its sole discretion.

Conditions Générales
1. Le Concours
Taptap Send UK Limited (« Taptap Send ») organisera un tirage au sort à l’occasion de la Fête des Mères (le « Concours ») pour les clients éligibles dans les pays participants durant la période du 11 mai 2025 au 31 mai 2025 (la « Période »). Le Concours invite les nouveaux utilisateurs à s’inscrire sur l’application en utilisant le code promo [CELEBRATEMOM] pendant cette période pour avoir une chance de gagner :
- Un vol aller-retour pour la Jamaïque (valeur de 1000$ USD) pour le nouvel expéditeur
- 500 $ USD de crédit bonus TTS à envoyer au bénéficiaire de leur choix en Jamaïque
Le participant gagnant (le « Gagnant ») sera annoncé le 3 juin 2025 (la « Date d’Annonce »).

2. Comment participer au Concours
2.1 Période de la campagne
Le Concours commence à 00h00 EST le 11 mai 2025 et se termine à 23h59 EST le 31 mai 2025 (la « Date de Clôture »).
2.2 Critères d’éligibilité (Actions Qualifiantes)
Pour être éligible au Concours, les conditions suivantes doivent être remplies :
- L’expéditeur doit s’inscrire sur Taptap Send en utilisant le code promo [CELEBRATEMOM] pendant la Période.
- L’expéditeur doit fournir des coordonnées valides.
- Toutes les Actions Qualifiantes doivent être réalisées pendant la Période de la Campagne. Les transactions en dehors de ce délai ou effectuées par des expéditeurs récurrents ne seront pas prises en compte.
Les Actions Qualifiantes sont strictement cumulatives, c’est-à-dire que toutes les conditions doivent être remplies pour que la participation soit valide. Taptap Send se réserve le droit de modifier la liste des Actions Qualifiantes et des récompenses associées à sa seule discrétion, sans préavis.

3. Les Prix
Sous réserve d’éligibilité et de vérification, Taptap Send attribuera des prix aux trois Participations Qualifiantes ayant obtenu le plus grand nombre de partages, comme suit :

- Les prix ne sont ni transférables ni échangeables contre de l’argent.
- Taptap Send déposera le crédit bonus sur le compte du Gagnant dans l’application TTS à partir de la Date d’Annonce. Le bonus apparaîtra comme un solde dans le compte de l’application TTS.
- Taptap Send ne garantit pas le délai de livraison de tout crédit bonus attribué.
- Vous pouvez utiliser votre crédit bonus pour des transactions qui sont autorisées par le Contrat Utilisateur Taptap Send ; et (ii) répondent aux exigences de montant indiquées dans l’application TTS avant la transaction.
- Lorsque vous appliquez votre bonus à une transaction, l’intégralité de votre solde bonus sera utilisée. Taptap Send ne peut pas appliquer partiellement le solde.
- En appliquant votre bonus à une transaction, vous augmentez le montant reçu par le Bénéficiaire, sans augmenter la somme que vous payez avec votre Méthode de Paiement (comme défini dans le Contrat Utilisateur Taptap Send). Vous pourrez vérifier les montants payés, reçus, et le bonus utilisé avant de valider la transaction.
- Les bonus ne sont pas de l’argent électronique et ne sont pas remboursables, même si la transaction associée est éligible à un remboursement.
- Les bonus expirent quatre-vingt-dix (90) jours après la date de dépôt dans votre compte Taptap Send. Taptap Send déduira automatiquement les bonus expirés de votre solde.
- En cas de restrictions de voyage ou d'autres limitations, Taptap Send se réserve le droit de remplacer le vol par un prix de valeur équivalente.

4. Éligibilité
Le Concours est ouvert aux personnes qui :
- Nouvelles inscriptions à Taptap Send dans les pays participants (à savoir, la France, le Royaume-Uni et les États-Unis à l’exception de la Grèce, l’Italie, le Portugal, le Canada, les Émirats Arabes Unis, l’Autriche, l’Allemagne, l’Espagne, la Finlande, la Slovaquie, ainsi que les États américains du Nebraska, du Dakota du Nord et du Vermont) souhaitant envoyer de l’argent en Jamaïque.
- Les participants doivent avoir au moins 18 ans.
- Les employés de Taptap Send et les membres de leur famille immédiate ne sont pas éligibles.

5. Notification des gagnants
- Le Gagnant sélectionné sera contacté par e-mail ou téléphone via les informations figurant dans son compte Taptap Send après la Date d’Annonce.
- Le Gagnant doit répondre dans les 7 jours pour confirmer son éligibilité et organiser la remise du prix.
- L'absence de réponse ou d’informations requises dans ce délai peut entraîner la perte du prix, qui sera alors attribué à un autre participant éligible.

6. Limitation de responsabilité
DANS LES LIMITES AUTORISÉES PAR LA LOI DES JURIDICTIONS APPLICABLES, TAPTAP SEND NE SERA EN AUCUN CAS RESPONSABLE ENVERS VOUS OU UN TIERS DE TOUT DOMMAGE DÉCOULANT DE VOTRE PARTICIPATION AU CONCOURS, Y COMPRIS, MAIS SANS S’Y LIMITER, LES DOMMAGES SPÉCIAUX, INDIRECTS, ACCESSOIRES, PUNITIFS ET/OU CONSÉCUTIFS, MÊME SI NOUS AVONS ÉTÉ INFORMÉS DE LA POSSIBILITÉ DE TELS DOMMAGES. LA RESPONSABILITÉ TOTALE DE TAPTAP SEND ENVERS LE PARTICIPANT ET TOUT TIERS NE DÉPASSERA PAS 500 $.
TOUTES GARANTIES, EXPRESSES OU IMPLICITES, RELATIVES AU CONCOURS ET À L’UTILISATION DES SERVICES TAPTAP SEND SONT EXCLUES (Y COMPRIS, SANS LIMITATION, TOUTE GARANTIE DE QUALITÉ MARCHANDE, DE NON-VIOLATION DE LA PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE ET/OU D’ADÉQUATION À UN USAGE PARTICULIER). TAPTAP SEND NE GARANTIT PAS LES RÉSULTATS LIÉS AU CONCOURS NI LES DÉLAIS DE REMISE DES RÉCOMPENSES.

7. Protection des données et publicité
En participant au Concours, le Gagnant accepte que Taptap Send utilise son nom, son image et sa localisation générale à des fins promotionnelles sur ses plateformes, sans compensation supplémentaire. Les données personnelles seront traitées conformément à la Politique de Confidentialité de Taptap Send.

8. Dispositions générales
Taptap Send se réserve le droit de :
- Modifier, suspendre ou mettre fin au Concours à tout moment, sans préavis.
- Disqualifier tout participant ayant altéré le processus d’inscription ou enfreint les présentes conditions.
- Prendre toute décision finale concernant les litiges ou problèmes liés au Concours, à sa seule discrétion.
