1. OVERVIEW
1.1. These are the terms and conditions for when you use the “Charities” feature in the Taptap Send mobile application (the “App”) to send to charities. It also sets out other important things you need to know.

1.2. They apply to Taptap Send UK Limited, Taptap Send Belgium S.A., TapTap Send Payments Co., and Taptap Send (DIFC) Limited (together, "Taptap Send," “we,” or “us”), and you (“you” or “your”). Taptap Send offers electronic money and international remittance services via its App (the “Services”), including allowing you to send to certain charities approved by Taptap Send. Sending to charities is subject to these Charities Terms and Conditions and our User Agreement.

2. WHAT IS THE “CHARITIES” FEATURE?
2.1. The “Charities” feature is a feature in the App which allows you to send donations to charities approved by Taptap Send (the “Charities Feature”). The terms of the User Agreement will also apply when you send donations to charities. By signing up for the App and Services, and by using the App to send to charities, you agree to be bound by these Charities Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, do not use the App to send to charities.

2.2. We do not charge you any fees to donate to charities, although FX rates apply. We do not charge the charities any fees.

3. HOW CAN I MAKE OR CANCEL DONATIONS?
3.1. You can donate to the charities that are listed in the Charities Feature in the App. Taptap Send approves and conducts due diligence on charities before they are actually listed on the App. Taptap Send can approve, reject and remove charities in our sole discretion and at any time.

3.2. You may request a refund pursuant to the process set out in the applicable User Agreement.

4. OTHER LEGAL TERMS
4.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdictions, in no event shall Taptap Send be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from your sending to charities, including but not limited to special, indirect, incidental, punitive and/or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Taptap Send’s maximum aggregate liability to you and any third party under any and all circumstances shall be the total value of donations you have made to charities using the App.

4.2. We disclaim any and all liability or responsibility for any representations about the charities made in the App.

4.3. We do not guarantee that any particular charity will always be available in the Charities Feature, or that charities will only use the donations for the cause specified in the App. 

4.4. We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Charities Feature at any time without notice. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding the Charities Feature or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Charities Terms and Conditions shall be subject to our reasonable interpretation.  

4.5. If you attempt to use the Charities Feature in breach of this agreement, the User Agreement or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation, we will have the right to suspend or terminate the account under the User Agreement.

4.6. All information collected when sending through the Charities Feature shall be subject to our Privacy Policy.
