1. The award.
1.1 This is a promotion to receive the amount of bonus credit as specified from time to time via email offer from Taptap Send (“Customer Feedback Promotion”).
1.2 The Customer Feedback Promotion is being run by the Taptap Send group, which is made up of different companies (set out below, together referred to as “Taptap Send”). The Taptap Send company providing the Customer Feedback Promotion to you differs depending on where you have registered as a user for the Taptap Send app:
1.3 Taptap Send is regulated and authorised to conduct money transmission and wallet services in multiple countries around the world. See here for information on how Taptap Send is regulated in each country that it operates in.
2. How to enter
2.1 If the Customer Feedback Promotion over email does not specify an expiry date, then the Customer Feedback Promotion will be available only for as long as the customer call scheduling link or survey link from the email is active.
2.2 If the Customer Feedback Promotion does specify an expiry date (the “Closing Date”), the Customer Feedback Promotion will be available until the Closing Date, inclusive.
2.3 To qualify for the Customer Feedback Promotion award (“Qualifying Actions”), you must:
(a) Be aged 18 years or over;
(b) Be a registered Taptap Send user;
(c) Have been offered the promotion from Taptap Send via an email addressed to the email registered under your Taptap Send account;
(d) Have completed the required customer feedback tasks as specified in the customer outreach email before either the Closing Date or disappearance of the promotion at the survey or customer call scheduling link (as applicable);
2.4 By completing the Qualifying Actions, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility
3.1 In addition to the eligibility requirements set out in section 2, to enter the Customer Feedback Promotion, you must have an active Taptap Send account.
3.2 The promotions are subject to randomization and variation in which app users are offered them. This means that not all app users will be offered the promotion.
3.3 There is a limit of one award per person per Customer Feedback Promotion. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, neither will entries by users who open multiple Taptap Send accounts.
3.4 Taptap Send reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Customer Feedback Promotion.
4. Bonus credit award process
4.1 All users who complete the Qualifying Actions will receive the award credit after they have completed the tasks.
5. Claiming the award
5.1 Please allow a maximum of 48 working hours for your Taptap Send account to be loaded with your bonus credit after you have completed the Qualifying Actions. The credit may be awarded to your Wallet or may be awarded as bonus credit within your Taptap Send account for use on your next transaction.
5.2 The bonus credit is not refundable, exchangeable for cash or usable as electronic money.
6. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, Taptap Send, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the award except where it is caused by the negligence of Taptap Send, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Data protection and publicity
7.1 Taptap Send will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. General
8.1 You have the right to request a copy of these Customer Feedback Promotion Terms and Conditions.
8.2 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Customer Feedback Promotion.
8.3 Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Customer Feedback Promotion and its terms and conditions at any time where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice, except where it is not permissible by applicable law.
