1. The award.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions relate to a survey being run by Taptap Send UK Limited (“Survey”) on behalf of the Taptap Send group, which is made up of different companies (set out below, together referred to as “Taptap Send”). It is focused on recipients of money remittances from Taptap Send customers.

1.2 Taptap Send is regulated and authorised to conduct money transmission and wallet services in multiple countries around the world. See here for information on how Taptap Send is regulated in each sending country that it operates in. Taptap Send does not provide any services and is not subject to regulation in recipient countries.


2. How to enter
2.1 If the Survey over WhatsApp does not specify an expiry date, then the Survey will be available only for as long as the recipient call scheduling link or survey link from the WhatsApp message is active.

2.2 If the Survey does specify an expiry date (the “Closing Date”), it will be available until the Closing Date, inclusive.

2.3 To qualify for the Survey Award (“Qualifying Actions”), you must:

  1. Be aged 18 years or over;
  2. Be a confirmed recipient of a Taptap Send transfer;
  3. Have been offered the promotion from Taptap Send via WhatsApp;
  4. Have completed the required recipient feedback tasks as specified in the Survey before either the Closing Date or disappearance of the promotion at the survey or recipient call scheduling link (as applicable);


2.4 By completing the Qualifying Actions, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility
3.1 The promotions are subject to randomization and/or variation in which recipients are offered them. This means that not all recipients will be offered the promotion

3.2 There is a limit of one response per person per Survey. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

3.3 Taptap Send reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Survey.

3.4 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Survey.

4. Monetary Award
4.1 From time to time, we may offer you a monetary amount in exchange for your participation in a Survey (“Award”).

4.2   All users who complete the Qualifying Actions will receive the Award specified in the Survey after they have completed the tasks.

4.3.  Please allow a maximum of 48 working hours for your Award to be disbursed after you have completed the Qualifying Actions. The amount may be Awarded via Taptap Send using the preferred transfer method and the payment details you shared with us in the Survey.

5. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, Taptap Send, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the award except where it is caused by the negligence of Taptap Send, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.


6. Data protection and publicity
Taptap Send will process your personal information for the purpose of the Survey, by participating in the Survey you explicitly consent to this. You can read about how we protect personal data in our Global Privacy Policy.

7. General
7.1   You have the right to request a copy of these Survey Terms and Conditions.

7.2 .  Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Survey and its terms and conditions at any time where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice, except where it is not permissible by applicable law.

7.3    Governing Law: The laws of England and Wales apply to these Terms and Conditions.

7.4    Disputes: If you want to take legal action against us in the courts, only the courts of England and Wales can deal with a dispute between us in connection with the Survey,  these Terms and Conditions, and our Services.
