1. The prize draw.
1.1 This is a prize draw to win the amount of bonus credit as specified from time to time in the app in your Taptap Send account (“Egg Hatch Promotion”), upon completion of an egg hatching game in the app (“Egg Hatch Game”). No purchase is necessary to enter the Egg Hatch Promotion. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning the bonus credit.

1.2 The Egg Hatch Promotion is being run by the Taptap Send group, which is made up of different companies (set out below, together referred to as “Taptap Send”). 1.3 How to enter

1.4 If the Egg Hatch Promotion does not specify an expiry date, then the Egg Hatch promotion will be available only for as long as it is offered to you in the app.

1.5 If the Egg Hatch Promotion does specify an expiry date (the “Closing Date”), the Egg Hatch Promotion will be available until the Closing Date, inclusive.

1.6 To qualify for the Egg Hatch Promotion award (“Qualifying Actions”), you must:
    (a) Be aged 18 or over;
    (b) Be a registered Taptap Send user who lives in the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, or the United States (excluding New York, California and Florida);
    (c) Have completed the Egg Hatch Game on your Taptap Send app by following the game instructions (“Game Completion”); and
    (d) Have been offered the promotion in the Taptap Send app while logged into your account.

1.7 By completing the Qualifying Actions, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility
2.1 In addition to the eligibility requirements set out in section 1.6, to enter the Egg Hatch Promotion, you must have the option of playing the Egg Hatch Game within your Taptap Send app and be offered the promotion in the app. Only customers who are using a recent version of the app (version 2.4.0 or later) may see the option within the app.

2.2 The promotions are subject to randomization and variation in which app users are offered them. Not all app users who have access to version 2.4.0 or later of the app will be offered the promotion.

2.3 There is a limit of one award per person per day that the Egg Hatch Promotion is live. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, neither will entries by users who open multiple Taptap Send accounts.

2.4 There is a maximum in total awards per person from the Egg Hatch Promotion, after which you are no longer eligible. The maximum in total awards varies by the location in which you live, according to the below:

● UK: Maximum in total awards per person = £15
● US: Maximum in total awards per person = $15

2.5 Taptap Send reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Egg Hatch Promotion.

3. Award selection process
3.1 Award winners will be selected randomly immediately upon Game Completion based on a pre-defined probability set by Taptap Send.

3.2 Taptap Send may vary the probability that each participant has of winning the award over the course of the Egg Hatch Promotion.

4. Claiming the award
4.1 Please allow a maximum of 48 working hours for your Taptap Send account to be loaded with your bonus credit after you have completed the Qualifying Actions. The credit will sit within your Taptap Send account for use on your next transaction.

4.2 The bonus credit is not refundable, exchangeable for cash or usable as electronic money.

5. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, Taptap Send, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the award except where it is caused by the negligence of Taptap Send, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6.1 Taptap Send will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.

7. General
7.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Egg Hatch Promotion.

7.2 Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Egg Hatch Promotion and its terms and conditions at any time where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice.

1.3 Cách tham gia

(b) Đã đăng ký làm người dùng Taptap Send, sống ở Vương quốc Anh, Đức, Ý hoặc Hoa Kỳ (trừ New York, California và Florida);
(c) Đã hoàn thành Trò chơi ấp trứng trên ứng dụng Taptap Send bằng cách làm theo hướng dẫn trò chơi (“Hoàn thành trò chơi”); và
(d) Đã được cung cấp khuyến mãi trong ứng dụng Taptap Send trong khi đăng nhập vào tài khoản của bạn.

2. Tính đủ điều kiện
2.1 Bên cạnh những yêu cầu về tính đủ điều kiện được trình bày trong phần 1.6, để  tham gia Khuyến mãi ấp trứng, bạn phải có tùy chọn chơi Trò chơi ấp trứng trong ứng dụng Taptap Send và được cung cấp khuyến mãi trong ứng dụng. Chỉ những khách hàng đang sử dụng phiên bản gần đây của ứng dụng (phiên bản 2.4.0 hoặc mới hơn) mới nhìn thấy tùy chọn trong ứng dụng.

2.2 Khuyến mãi có thể được phân bổ ngẫu nhiên và khác nhau tùy theo ứng dụng mà người dùng được cung cấp. Không phải tất cả người dùng ứng dụng có quyền truy cập phiên bản ứng dụng 2.4.0 hoặc mới hơn đều sẽ được cung cấp khuyến mãi.

2.3 Giới hạn một phần thưởng/người/ngày trong thời gian diễn ra Khuyến mãi ấp trứng. Không chấp nhận tham gia thay mặt cho người khác và không chấp nhận người dùng mở nhiều tài khoản Taptap Send tham gia.

2.4 Khuyến mãi ấp trứng có tổng số giải thưởng tối đa cho mỗi người, sau đó bạn sẽ không còn đủ điều kiện nhận giải nữa. Tổng số giải thưởng tối đa khác nhau tùy vào vị trí bạn sống, theo bảng dưới đây:

3. Quy trình chọn phần thưởng

1.4 Se a Promoção Egg Hatch não especificar uma data de validade, a Promoção Egg Hatch estará disponível apenas durante o tempo em que lhe for oferecida na aplicação.

2. Elegibilidade
2.1 Além dos requisitos de elegibilidade estipulados na secção 1.6, para participar na Promoção Egg Hatch, tem de ter a opção de jogar o Jogo Egg Hatch na aplicação Taptap Send e receber a promoção na aplicação. Apenas os clientes que utilizem uma versão recente da aplicação (versão 2.4.0 ou posterior) podem ver a opção na aplicação.

2.2 As promoções estão sujeitas a aleatoriedade e variação na forma como são oferecidas aos utilizadores da aplicação. Nem todos os utilizadores da aplicação que tenham acesso à versão 2.4.0 ou posterior receberão a promoção.

2.3 O prémio está limitado a uma pessoa por dia enquanto a Promoção Egg Hatch estiver ativa. As participações em nome de outra pessoa não serão aceites, nem as participações dos utilizadores com várias contas da Taptap Send abertas.

2. Requisitos
