1. The award

1.1 This is a promotion to win 50 GHS bonus credit in your Taptap Send Wallet (“Wallet”).

1.2 How to enter

1.2.1 The Promotion will run from 14th February 2024 to 29th February 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.

1.2.2 Your Wallet will be loaded with the bonus within 48 working hours after the Qualifying Transaction.

1.2.3 To qualify for the award (“Qualifying Actions”), you must:
    (a) Be a registered Taptap Send user who lives in the United Kingdom;
    (b) Activate the new Wallet feature on your Taptap Send app by following the prompts to create a Wallet;
    (c) Not have loaded funds to the Wallet prior to 14th February 2024
    (d) Load at least GHS 50 into your Wallet during your first Wallet load transaction.


1.3   By completing a qualifying transaction, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1.   Eligibility

2.1 The promotion is only open to customers of Taptap Send resident in the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over, who make their first upload of a minimum of 50 GHS into their Taptap Send Wallet.

2.2 To  enter the promotion, you must have the option of creating a Wallet within your Taptap Send app. Only customers who have completed our ID verification process (upload of selfie and ID) and who are using a recent version of the app (version 1.117 or later) will see the option within the app.
    (a) If you have completed the ID verification service but do not yet see the option to create a Wallet, please try updating your app to the latest version. If you still do not see the option, please contact our customer service team who would be happy to help you.
    (b) If you have yet to complete the ID verification process, please follow the link in the banner within your app to do this. If you do not see a banner, please contact our customer service team and tell them you wish to complete the ID verification process.

2.3 There is a limit of one award per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, neither will entries by users who open multiple Taptap Send accounts.

2.4 Taptap Send reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion.

3. Claiming the award

3.1 Please allow a maximum of 48 working hours for your Wallet to be loaded after you have completed the Qualifying Actionst.

3.2 The award is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or an alternative prize.

4. Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, Taptap Send, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Taptap Send, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.


5.   Data protection and publicity

5.1 Taptap Send will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy.

6.   General

6.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Taptap Send may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

6.2 Taptap Send reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion and its terms and conditions at any time where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice
